"Walked in without reservation on Sunday at 6pm. Given a warm and friendly greeting and they found us a table. Loved the informal feel of a family run restaurant. My partner could only have a starter due to health problem, this was met in a helpful manner and served promptly at our request. Bit of a wait for my choice of Sunday roast but it was worth it as it was excellent quality and I reluctantly could not eat it all. No room for a dessert . Wine by the glass was good quality French Vouvray and my Chilean pinot noir was equally good. Amusingly, wine bill was £15 more than the food as we both had a second glass. Next time I would order a bottle of either wine just to balance the cost. "After reading the reviews we was really looking forward to eating here ,however it turned out to be the worst tapas and worst service we have ever received . After waiting 10 minutes for someone to take our drinks order we then waited a further 30 mins to be served with what can only be described as toast with tasteless mushed up tomatoes on , this was inedible and hardly touched , a further 20 minutes on and we was served a single dish of chicken between two of us again this was very bland and resembled nothing like a original tapas dish more like a chicken korma again this was hardly touched . When I enquired as to where the rest of the food was I was told they was very busy . With this we decided to cut our loses and asked for the bill . Before leaving we tried to have a conversation with the manager who is also the chef to give some honest feedback ,however he wasn’t open to listening , he’s response was “it’s normal in a tapas restaurant to receive one dish at a time between two with a large gap between dishes wasn’t it explained to you that’s what tapas is “We felt this was a very patronising remark as we eat tapas on a regular basis and know this is definitely not the case . To matters worse there was people who came in after us with multiple plates and tucking in nicely to their meals . The manager who was obviously struggling to cope on a busy Saturday night should have just apologised and admitted our order had been overlooked . If you are looking for authentic Tapas with excellent service in Wigan go to Casa Carlos this place doesn’t deserve your hard earned money ."

"Llevé a mi madre al restaurante Two Sisters para su cumpleaños el domingo pasado. Nos saludaron e informaron de inmediato sobre las opciones de brunch (es decir, especialidades de buffet versus brunch y otros ajustes, como tocino de pavo en lugar de carne de cerdo). Creo que este es un gran lugar para un brunch relajado y definitivamente para una cita de madre e hija. Nos encantó la comida y el servicio. Condujimos a un Groupon y definitivamente volveremos a conducir sin el Groupon. Vale la pena."

"It was as if the owner googled Mexican stereotypes and decided to place it as a tex mex place. Sombreros everywhere, the mascots on the kids meals dressed in stereotypes. It’s pretty offensive. The kids meal says ‘learn Mexican’ as if Mexican is a language? That’s news to me. Also tex mex food shouldn’t be this dry. The soft shell taco was hard. A SOFT SHELL FLOUR TACO the Mexican rice was rice but not Tex Mex at all. Service was slow like super slow and I can’t begin to understand why. Also jambalaya isn’t Tex Mex. I can excuse bad food but not the blatant disregard for culture."

"today immersed in spectra, so no reservation, but it managed to get a few seats on the window, had beautiful sandwiches filled with lateral salat leaves (which were very generous on beautiful brot salted bark and mama picnics) with a cappuccino and americano coffee £18.95 total. had they already booked for a few special nights they did before they convened today, but wanted to see how it was, as never before, thought it was all very good and will be back for lunch, shopping coffee, even got a few cake to take today to enjoy later. nice small caffe with good decor/atmospheric."
