"Siamo stati di recente in questo gioiellino di ristorante, ubicato all 'interno di una struttura molto raffinata e ben curata nei minimi dettagli.  Tutto lo staff ci ha accolti con molta gentilezza (un plauso a Chiara per la competenza, cortesia e professionalità e, unitamente al titolare il sig. Angelo, ci hanno fatto sentire al centro dell 'attenzione, sempre con grande garbo e cura. Eravamo in tre e abbiamo optato per il menù La tua mano libera che offre la scelta di 3 portate tra le proposte di antipasti, primi, secondi e dessert (4 opzioni per ogni voce . Inoltre il menù include una interessante selezione di entrée, la degustazione di due olii evo e la piccola pasticceria. Tutti i piatti avevano sapori ed abbinamenti ben equilibrati e piacevolmente sorprendenti,  regalando nuove sensazioni e appagando i 5 sensi. Tutto rigorosamente preparato sul momento e di produzione propria. Grazie per questa esperienza che ci ha completamente soddisfatto e che consiglio a tutti di provare!"

"Around 1.00 p.m. we were getting really hungry so we stopped at this Osteria on the outskirts of Canale, from the outside it didn't look very inviting, we walked in and surprise, the place was packed, we had to wait 15 minutes for a table but it was worth the wait. Locals were having their lunch there and the place was immaculate. White tablecloths and napkins, no plastic tablecloth or paper sets that seem to be everywhere today. Our waiter was fantastic, a kind and warm person. We had the vitello tonnato, the meat was so tender and the sauce just melted in your mouth. As a second we had the veal in the Arneis sauce (a lot of Arneis) delicious, cauliflower and carrots. A good bottle of Barbera to wash it all down with, water and coffee. This is the place to come back to when travelling through Piemonte. Thank you all for the lovely meal."

"we happened in this restaurant thanks to the site. from the outside you can certainly not say that it is attractive, as it is inserted in an industrial complex, but once entered you are greeted by a nicely decorated room, bright and cared for in detail. the menu has been rich in delicious and special dishes that use local products and not only. the advice on wine could only guide us to the local wines. we tasted a glass of arneis mosso, very particular and with limited circulation and a -barbera with alcohol content 14.5% that perfectly matched the dishes. freshly ordered wine we are pampered with a herd with salami and capricious. of appetizer we ordered a ravine and a millefoglie with goat and red onion caramelized, exquisite. first a risotto with really particular peaches. sweet, a semi-freddd to licorice, had a decided and persistent goto that a lover of licorice as could only like very much. What about the courtesy of the owners. they made us feel at home and treated as old friends."

"Siamo stati in questa accogliente location per il nostro anniversario io e il mio compagno. Location molto soft, pulita e tranquilla. Il servizio è eccellente: i camerieri molto gentili e disponibili non ho dato 5 stelle solo perché si sono scordati di rifornirci il pane. I piatti sono curati in ogni particolare sia quelli di pesce che quelli di terra, in ogni caso sapranno stuzzicarvi le papille gustative!!! Secondo me, un occhio di riguardo in più per il dolce, molto buono ma non soddisfacente come il tutto il resto del menu. In ogni caso approvato e ci ritornerei molto volentieri!!!"

"Il personale ci ha messo a nostro agio in un contesto familiare e professionale insieme, la signora titolare ci ha coccolati con amore in tutte le nostre richieste comprese le intolleranze alimentari. La cuoca è strepitosa abbiamo mangiato benissimo! Consiglio l’insalata di galletto e misticanza, il riso zucchine e zafferano e la faraona con le prugne caramellate. Di solito non beviamo ma siamo stati consigliati bene anche sui vini che si adeguavano alla nostra personalità. Vogliamo tornarci!!!"
