restaurant pizzeria a stone's throw from the archaeological site of ancient ostia. pizza amazing to the Roman, thin and very friable. a delight for the palate. only a small sin: a little too close to the busy road. for the rest I recommend you try to get the pizzas. Ver carta

Bad start. Rice to the fisherman: Roasted white rice with addition of calamaretti mussels. I do it at home much better. He doesn't know anything. but they are saved in full with pizzas that are good and mixed fried, abundant and exquisite! then recommended fish pizza and seconds

After visit Ostia Antica ruins were starving and this restaurant was just outside so, despite our thoughts that it would be a tourist trap, we stopped. We didn't have anything fancy, a pizza and a salad, but both were really good and at fair prices. Don't know about dinner, but if you visit the ruins and are hungry, you are likely to be pleased.

Just outside the fantastic Ostia Antica it is easy to go here for lunch. The staff is dressed like romans from the past and the place is disguised as an ancient place. The food however is very sloppy without much taste and not worth the money. If you are hungry and need to eat before going back to Rome, you can do it here, but do not expect much. Ver carta

I ate in this restaurant with my girlfriend on the occasion of the opening to the public of the castle of julio ii. the staff is very kind and super attentive to every need. they greeted us with the smile and between a chat and another they introduced us the menu and described every dish. the atmosphere is very relaxed and we felt at home immediately. the menu is very wide, there is really the embarrassment of choice. the dishes are delicious and the price is very honest. recommended.

Currently finishing a meal here now. Extraordinarily bad. The chicken was appalling and was handed back, the pizza's were extremely salty. One of our group ordered the menu of the day and received his main before his starter, then received his starter while still eating his main. Couldn't finish either, particularly as the pasta was undercooked. Service was terrible with waiters who seemed both over worked and disinterested at the same time (no mean feat in itself). It feels like they opened the restaurant using Fawlty Towers as their operating model. Such a clusterf*ck of a restaurant we thought we were in a scene from candid camera.

I was here last night around 18:30 to ask for opening hours for a takeaway pizza. Before arriving at the entrance, two Arab-born men are ocited, I think they have looked at me in an unpleasant way. When I arrived at the entrance, I spoke to a gentleman of Arab origins who I think was the cook or the pizza maker and a lady who told me the time. After thanking me, as I turned around to leave, I felt well who I think was the cook or the pizza maker give me some crazy without even worrying about the fact that I could hear it, indeed. the Lord I have never seen in my life will have had his reasons to feel safe, in law and also in power to go beyond the limits of respect as if I did not exist and...
