We enjoyed an excellent dinner in the restaurant with lovely views of the lake and mountains. The goats cheese salad was particularly tasty. Excellent service and a good selection of wine by the glass. In summer it must be beautiful to eat on the large terrace.

I've eaten here many times and never been disappointed. Set lunch copious, reasonably priced, well-cooked and often quite imaginative in choice of ingredients, à la carte a bit fancier. Service and tableware impeccable. Great views of the lake and mountains all year round, excellent garden dining in the summer.

This nicely renovated hotel has a lovely restaurant spacious, wooden floor, with a lovely view to the nearby Lac de Neuchatel. The menus were unfortunately only in French but the waiter gave us an idea of the words we didn't know. Reasonable choice of...starters, mains and desserts, with local produce (fish and meats) represented. For the main course the boar (le sanglier) was delicious extremely tender and in a delicious plum sauce and accompanied by spiced plums and polenta. Steak tartare was also great. So based on those two items I'd imagine the rest of the items on the menu were similarly good. Service was prompt. Wine list was reasonable but not extensive. The kitchens close at 9.30pm... Ver carta
