very bad experience only because of the service. it was awfully slow and extremely rude. they forgot the order and had wrong calculation. no excuse. don't go, much better places close.

This restaurant legend is 125 years old. The menu includes typical German dishes. We were so full from our lunch that we ordered just an Irish cider for both. The interior is quite dark. The terrace is nice.

Lovely place in the busy Kufuerstendamm street. Very good breakfast. German breakfast with Egg Ham Salami Jam Cheese Friut salad Cofiie and Orange Juice. The waiter very nice and friendly lady. I come back next trip to Berlin

today at 3.30 a.m. we waited 20 minutes to be served outside, 2/3 of the tables were empty. we went in to ask for a waiter and waited another 5 minutes without someone arriving. Finally, we left without being served. worst experience ever

authentic sport bar setting, eating is very fast when they order on the table, but it is not particularly nice eating. I thought I would try some German kitchen, bit disappointed with eating and especially the price, but the personal was ok

Were a little hungry for lunch and the rain would soon start so in we came and had a rather quick serving of beverages and food. Both currywurst but also nice salads were on the menu. Prices OK. Not a cosy place... a little dark and biersalon style.

well located at Kurfurstendam, this is a great place to stop during the day or eat something in the evening. most of the dinge eaten on the menu they have a lot and the service is great, the personal on the ball and understanding. my limited German! good beer (berliner kindl) adds to the only thing missing were the bands that were there last time

I think this café in Berlin is always a good place to have a drink, snack or full lunch/dinner. The cakes look really nice (unfortunately we were too stuffed with dinner, that we couldn't try one out) and the food is very good. Traditional local food with a good glass of beer.There's always something to do as well. Situated on a busy shopping street in Berlin, you can sit outside and go people-watching. When there is soccer on TV, you can enjoy the German ambience inside with several screens to watch the match. There is even a small stage for some live music.We enjoyed the service, food and the atmosphere of this very nice biersalon.

Visited this pub on the first day we landed at Berlin in Jun 17. The idea was to have some good beer sitting outside the pub. Believe me there is lots of space outside the pub which is mostly occupied by the tourists through out the day. Since we visited in summer it was the most happening place at that time. It did rain sometime and we had to run inside for sometime but it was great being outside the bar. The beer had amazing taste. At the same time I ordered one vegetarian dish which had lots of boiled and lightly sauted veggies with generous amount of hollandaise. They spoke in German and I had a tough time to talk to them directly. Luckily my friend knew German and he helped translating...
