"Baden Würstchenberg is bigger than you think. Especially if you are from the southwest corner like the ubier. It's just the landing that belongs to Aalen at the other end. The next villages will turn the white blue flag. Even the old Romans knew that nothing good would come after it and therefore built their lime here. After a long motorway ride via Ba Wü finally the redemption: you have reached your destination and I bring the vehicle to stand on the parking lot of the hotel. Hotel entrance or restaurant entrance is the next difficult decision. I'm actually a guest in both. The bulky laundry bag gives the rash: first in the hotel! The entrance is very comfortable for the one who has something to park. The reception is located in the semi-dark and with its emptiness suggests that the walk to the restaurant would have been the better decision, there are staff around the time! But I get my room key and I get a table reservation to get up later! The hearty inn has a more modern cultivation for more rooms, the way it swallows something, but is fed with an elevator. The slightly more comfortable rooms are strange under the roof, but offer plenty of space next to an oblique wall. Why the antique bathtub in the spacious bathroom had to be under the roof slopes, probably only the architect knows. The morning showers go only in Limbo posture, because of the lack of separation, the guest is also responsible for regular moist soil cleaning. It costs sympathy points. A great swimming and wellness landscape is dotted in the basement. So refreshed, I am ready for my lovingly covered table in the cozy restaurant. The restaurant recommendation was the real reason for my booking here, otherwise the small suburb of Aalen has little attraction. A nice menu card is handed over and an aperitif is requested. On page 2 of the map is the more than clear indication that hotel guests are not more creditworthy than the pure restaurant visitor: eating on account is not. Apparently, the restaurant is only structurally connected to the hotel and managed separately. Of course, money and cards are in the room I would have taken the other entrance! The selection of dishes and the rich aperitif will reconcile. Homemade Pfifferlingravioli wins the race of appetizers nearby, with the main food claims the truffle beef fillet against a long persecutive field. And during dinner I am inclined to forget the dispute over the entrances and the separation of table and bed. Perfect preparation: Ravioli, as they should be, the intense mushroom taste is still stressed by the fine butter sauce. The gang could have been taken on the map as a main court... And the fillet... Nee, I don't want your mouth to be hy. It was certainly one of the better and yes, there were more than enough freshly grated truffles. Dessert just didn't leave. But the hour came when the host wanted to pay the toes. To the room, pick up money, pay and then back? Hospitality is different: Another drink is served in the room and the bill and card reader is brought along perfectly! After a quiet and relaxing night, the hotel operator is responsible for breakfast: A secondary room, which is then separated with the charm of a railway congress hall, houses enough tables and a minimal buffet. I'd take coffee after the morning, tea can be fucked. According to the best services of the restaurant kitchen sober from the Eve. Now I also know why breakfast was not included in the booking... Conclusion: A beautiful country hotel with top restaurant. The four stars are unequally distributed on the two entrances."

"Da es auf meinem Zimmer kein Wasserkocher gibt und ich meine 5 min Terrine nicht essen konnte beschloss ich zum Italiener um die Ecke zu gehen. Ich war mir unschlüssig ob ich mich alleine hinsetzen sollte oder zum mitnehmen bestelle. Nach einem sehr freundlichen Hallo beschloss ich zu bleiben. Ich beobachte gerne und sah das das Personal viel Spaß hatte. Freundlich und aufmerksam ihren Gästen gegenüber waren. Mein Essen Totellini al Forno war auch sehr lecker. Heiß, vor allem heiß…also die typische Blase hinter den Zähnen war wieder vorprogrammiert …"

"We were on the move and because the restaurant reviews were so good, we wanted to try. We were not disappointed. That we have a place was pure luck. It was Sunday afternoon and the place was very true. They immediately made the free table clean for us. We hardly sat on the table. The service was so friendly, friendly and so friendly that the stay was really very pleasant. The boss also took care of us and even though the service knew we were all creepy nice on the passage. For dinner we had the mixed wild roast and a few pig ends. The food was excellent and very tasty. The products fresh. We recommend the great restaurant and thank you for a great service. Unfortunately we don't live right around the corner, otherwise we would like to come back. Go on."
