We were there on December 29th. and 31.12. to eat. We really liked it. The food was really tasty. A cozy atmosphere and very nice staff. We'd love to come back.

We went to dinner at the Alte Schneiderei with our parents. The service, ambience and food were fantastic. The fish soup as a starter was particularly a highlight. It was a wonderful evening.

I had dinner there with my colleague yesterday and today! Yesterday we had fish and today we had schnitzel, both with fried potatoes that were really tasty and crispy! The salad was really crunchy and the dressing tasted really delicious too! The staff was very friendly!!! Ver carta

This restaurant completely convinced me. The service is really very nice and accommodating. The food is awesome. There were six of us and everyone had a different dish. There was nothing wrong with any of them. If you are in Hooksiel you should reserve a table there and enjoy this meal.

We were in the mood for a fish sandwich and we came across the Alte Schneiderei in Hooksiel. We ordered a crab roll and a stream fish roll to take away. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. We waited 30 minutes for the two rolls. There were only two couples in the dining room and everything else was empty. The service was very friendly. When we unpacked the rolls, I asked myself why it took so long. I would have baked the rolls fresh in that time, but unfortunately they were like rubber. The topping wasn't that great either, the fried fish was a little bigger than a fish stick with some tartar sauce and that for €7.50 and the crab roll was the same... It was only topped with 1 tablespoo...
