"Nachdem wir auf den Seychellen in den Genuss phantastischer Currys gekommen waren, waren wir jetzt bei "unserem Inder" in der Nähe. Zunächst muss der sehr herzliche, offene Empfang und die nette weitere Bedienung hervorgehoben werden. Wir fühlten uns in dem sehr gepflegten Restaurant auf Anhieb wohl. Die Speisen waren befreidigend bis gut, haben uns aber noch nicht so überzeugen können (frittiertes Hähnchen in Kirchererbsenpanade, Lammcurry, Frühlingsrollen in Kirchererbsenpanade). Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und uns weiter durch die Speisekarte probieren. Das marinierte Fleisch aus dem Tandoori-Ofen dürfte dann erste Wahl sein. Außerdem wollen wir mal schauen, ob die nette Bedienung denn immer so sympatisch rüberkommt."

"the restaurant will certainly not follow the unfortunately closed hotel proud, but eating is good and delicious. the device is also attractive. it is good, handmade kitchen, with a little beat and with straight lines. the extraordinary lack, but is certainly not desired. there are, however, some minus points that have disturbed me. we sat very close to the bar, where we all heard very intensive talks about the personal. and the service is unfortunately not recommended in the location that wee suitable to eat. otherwise we say the evaluation, just quite okay. medium-high prices and a solid kitchen for it. better than some other restaurants in the city safe, but the brasserie remains better."

"Heute waren meine Frau und ich zum zweiten Mal in der Brasseie. Der erste Besuch vor einer Woche war bei mir in guter Erinnerung. Das Essen war hervorragend und der Service ebenfalls. Das etwas übertrieben vornehme Gehabe war zwar nicht nach unserem Geschmack, aber wenn's Michelin empfiehlt muss es so sein. Warum trotz der guten Erfahrung nur eine Stern? Heute wollten wir um ca. 17:20 Uhr einen Tee und ein Glas Rosé trinken. "Tee haben wir keinen" sagte der Kellner. Nun bestellte meine Frau stattdessen eine Rhabarberschorle und ich blieb bei einem Glas Rosé. Nach etwa zwei Minuten erschien der Kellner wieder und fragte, ob wir nur etwas trinken und nichts essen wollten. Wir bekundeten unsere Absicht, nur etwas trinken zu wollen. Er sagte, dass das nicht möglich sei weil heute Abend alles für ein Konzert ausgebucht sei. Das war ein klarer Rauswurf! Nur weil wir nicht essen wollten. Wir saßen draußen und wären nicht länger als eine halbe Stunde geblieben. Noch dazu war das Wetter an diesem Tag so, dass kaum jemand gerne draußen saß. Viele Tische waren frei - kein Reserviert-Schild war zu sehen. Wer keine Gäste bedienen will, soll seinen Laden zusperren! Das habe ich in meinem langen Leben noch nie gehabt, dass man mir nichts zu Trinken geben wollte. Es sei ergänzt, dass meine Frau und ich keine auffallende Erscheinung abgegeben haben."

"Seit einigen Jahren versuche ich es immer mal wieder mit dem Seeprinz, weil die Location einfach unübertroffen ist. Leider bin ich vom Service und nicht selten auch von den angebotenen Speisen/Getränken meistens enttäuscht worden. So auch beim letzten Kurzbesuch. Abends 21.20h. Ich setze mich in die Sitzkissen im Loungebereich. Als erstes kommt die Chefin und zeigt der Aushilfe, wie man die kleinen Tische wegräumt, also mir vor der Nase weg. Ich sage dann "Ich kann auch gerne wieder gehen", aber außer einem "Nein, nein" und einem Karte bringen keine Reaktion. Ich bestelle bei der Aushilfe einen Tee (nur einen Tee!!) und er weist mich darauf hin, dass man nur bis 22Uhr geöffnet habe. Es ist 21.25h. Woraufhin ich dann (immer noch freundlich) meine: "Wenn es mit dem Tee nicht zu lange dauert, sollten 35Minuten vollkommen ausreichen". Kein Kommentar. Eine andere Bedienung kommt ein paar Minuten später mit dem Tee. Sieht die auseinander gebauten Tischchen und sieht mich ratlos an. Ich warte gespannt, was sie nun macht. Die Tasse wortlos wird auf dem Boden zu meinen Füßen abgestellt. Als ich ihr die 3€ (Ganz schön happig für eine simple Tasse Tee) mitgeben will - denn man ist sichtlich bemüht, schnell in den Feierabend zu kommen (andere Gäste waren noch beim Abendessen), geht sie und sagt, dass müsse die Kollegin machen, sie könne das nicht. Der Bezahlvorgang war dann auch die letzte Interaktion. Kein "Alles in Ordnung?" oder simples nach dem Gast schauen, obwohl nur noch 1-2 Tische besetzt waren und 3 Servicekräfte umherwuselten. Der Seeprinz war und bleibt eine Servicewüste. Mal ganz davon abgesehen, dass ich manche der Sitzkissen und insbesondere die Tischchen - vor allem im auseinander gebauten Zustand - schmuddelig fand. Ja, es ist draußen, dennoch kann man das Mobiliar pflegen. Der Tee war in Ordnung, aber bei heißem Wasser und einem in Folie eingeschweißten Beutel sollte ja auch nicht allzu viel schiefgehen können. Zum Essen werde ich mein Geld woanders ausgeben."

"It was evening and we were standing in a parking lot after an exhausting, exhausting walk day, burdened with constant rain, hungry in Plön, it rained again in streams and we were glad that the short way to the restaurant Eisenpfanne fell in. So we're going. With the open screen held above the head in the hand (all the other does not really make sense or? we quickly found the place. The covered places in front of the restaurant were not occupied. Also the uncovered tables in the side street were all free. Why? From the alley you could also get to the restaurant. We entered the guest room through the narrow entrance from Langen Straße and immediately realized, even in it it is narrow. And it's full, not a free table. Even though the shop from the decoration seemed totally overloaded to me, it was kind of cozy. Sometimes you're lucky, because just when we wanted to move on, there was a 2 tables free. We sat and hoped that no Reserved sign will be put down, it was not, once again, lucky. The map was on the table and we read it through. The Italian courts were presumed. I had originally tipped to good bourgeois German cuisine, regionally oriented, and the name suggests that. But good, it's an Italian restaurant. The waitress was quick and attentive. She came to our table with a nice touch on her lips and the question of our drinks wishes and accepted the order. When they came quite fast, we hadn't decided yet. That's why I asked for some postponement and a second start. He was given us with a smile. At the second attempt to pick up an order, I was still not finished, but as my treasure decided spontaneously to read one of the special offers on the freely hanging boards described with chalk. There should be a ham-rucola pizza and a asparagus-sink pizza (a creation unknown to us until then, before that we wanted a small salad and a goulash soup. The lukewarm goulash soup didn't taste me. She reminded me of canned soup. That would be almost okay if the cook had at least once made some effort and tastefully improved. My impression was that she was only warmed up, no pepp, no fire, just laugh. The salad was rather sweet, he looked like thrown on the plate. I don't think it's possible, even if the guest room is fully occupied. In this case, this is not really the case, because there is also a focus for me on good cuisine, high-quality performance under continuous stress. There are also the annonce (if there is the interface between the kitchen and the output, and in particular the waiters are asked, something they should see and let them stop before taking. There's also a call from the house. My ham-rucola pizza was well covered, crispy and also tasted me. The pizza with the asparagus had Dutch sauce on top. She also tasted like from the canned, here probably the usual tetrapack. Too bad, for years I haven't had a self-opened Sauce Hollandaise in a restaurant on the plate. Unfortunately, there are more financial and tasteful interests at the forefront. The restaurant was really full, and when we left the iron pans the reserved places were all occupied. I assume that we didn't get that hit with our food selection. Other guests have probably had better experiences. Mys weren't so intoxicating that day, at least as far as the kitchen is concerned. I can't forgive more than 3 stars here."
