A very friendly and quick service, quality and price of food is good. Location at the Karmelitermarkt is always good! We'd come back!

had breakfast twice in the cafe old mountain and we have nothing negative to report; in the opposite: friendly, chic furnishings and smoke-free, delicious breakfast, good coffee and acceptable prices.

were spontaneous for dinner there. the selection is not big but for everyone what is there. the food was excellent! everything is freshly prepared and very tasty. service was nice and prices more than okey. we'll be back!

Just walking around we found this cafe which offered a brunch, which includes cold cuts, fresh and grilled vegetables as well as some eggs. The atmosphere is very nice, very personal service, both ladies were very nice and helpful. They also made for children half price.

I was at the café Alteberg for breakfast. the breakfast card is small, but fine. Moreover, it was not a problem to get the old mountain breakfast vegetarian. beautiful baked and cheese selection as well as even qualitatiw very good. here have adapted price/performance ratio definitiw. modern, but still cozy furnishings, and especially smoke-free. at my next visit, and perhaps not just for breakfast.

I stopped in Cafe Altenberg after walking around on Easter Sunday. I really only chose this place because it was the only place open on Easter! I was pleasantly surprised by both the atmosphere and staff. The cafe itself is very cute with wooden tables and black and white photographs. Tulips on every table. I only stopped in for a coffee but I saw their impressive brunch spread that looked fabulous. The staff was very friendly to me and they had WiFi! I took some photographs of the extensive drink menu because I thought it was particularly impressive for a small cafe. Would come back for a drink!

Let this be the only review you need to read and from the point of view the most relevant. This place is 10/10! We stumbled over it and it looked so sweet that we came in. First, the atmosphere is absolutely juicy and lets you feel at home. They cook in the same dining room that we sat next to and it was so amazing to leave the hard work in every single element that leaves the kitchen. From drinks to appetizers to pasta everything was amazing. Make sure to try a bunch of different Bruschettas! Also the service was great and the waiter gave us English menus, but also helped explain what many foreign articles were! What a jewel and a must in Vienna!
