"We were seated at 8 but no waiter service arrived until 8:40. Took our order drinks arrived ok. We ordered starters and main. Our mains arrived at 9:15 told them we had no starters which arrived 10 minutes later. Mains then arrived at 9:40 after 2 reminders but had been kept warm so cheese on burgers were hard, chicken had gone dry, bacon was hard. Ordered another set of drinks which then took 15 minutes to arrive. The only good thing was that after complaining they reduced the bill by 50% but only after some discussions and if i had been the manager I would have not asked me to pay anything. Poor service, poor food"

Several items on menu not available which is not good considering it is not a huge variety to start with.

good food and wine. friendly staff. the children's starters have wounded something, so we had to send them back, but that was quickly corrected?

Lovely food, really friendly staff esp Chloe (so lovely! Can't fault it on our first night of holiday relaxing. Cheesecake and churros are to die for!!!

Long wait to be served between courses. Grilled chicken was just boring no sauce or flavour. We have ate here a few times over the years but today was a bit of a let down.

Alton towers have a big problem here great food is being over shadowed by shocking/ boarder line walk out service. Been here few times and it’s always the case if you can stand the wait food is well worth it.

unsafe what they expect. bad menu choice is aimed at obese people who eat garbage. the only starter is like chicken wings, and there were none. the prawn tagliatelle was clear warmed pasta over boiled, sauce dull. can not say I would recommend

dreadfully that we have set ourselves, the guy took my and my daughter drinking order and did not even ask my man just went to come over 30 minutes, then had to wait over an hour until our food order was taken, the whole thing was terrible we have canceled for today!

The chicken steak needs seasoning. It was dry and lacked flavour. Also there was a hair on my chicken which put me off. I did not order anything else as the waiting time was too long and the restaurant was quiet so I didn’t understand that. Literally 2 tables waiting for food and 3 tables already eating.
