On the way to Marina di Mancaversa we had dinner at the Ambrosia brewery. Rich menu, I wanted to try everything but as it is not possible, I chose their aperi-cena. A tasting dish that allows you to taste the Salento delicacies. Great! We also ordered a picnic sandwich, well stuffed and a dish of goats with potatoes absolutely to try. Wide choice of beers, we relied on their advice for choice. Nice craft cakes. Great prices.

From Ambrosia you will certainly find a wide choice of craft beers, plugs or bottles, but do not forget their delicious and vast pucce. We have already returned twice from the freshness of their ingredients, to try everything! We took the first time three pucce including one with the baked chicken, of which the fry was not heavy and a spicy, with the capocollo of Martina franca, really great and with quality ingredients. Potato chips served hot and removable. Embellished by their products we chose the next evening, to return and try more.
