"Bad example of catering management. We arrive at 22.20 and order two supplied, a focaccia with the raw and a Neapolitan pizza. After 10 minutes, there's no news. It spends 50 more minutes, until we ask news to the waitress, which moves away and then returns to say that he forgot to send the commandment. Sorry, but it's another 20 minutes. Meanwhile a second waitress comes to our table, takes away the convinced cutlery that we have finished our dinner and asks “Do you want something else?” (grottesco). I point out to you that we have not eaten pizzas yet, which we have been waiting for an hour. After another 10 minutes the focaccia arrives and for Naples we wait for 10 more minutes. Naples presents three I say three anchovies, to the point of looking like a daisy. Considering that it was almost midnight, we ask for the bill and bring a guy who seems to be the manager of the club. The account has all the ordered dishes. I'm going to pay in cash and the same guy says, "thank you." I repeat that this time we are not sure to thank the restaurateur, because we have waited more than an hour for two pizzas, seeing around us customers who sat after us, have supper and they also went away. With education I point out the annoying and inadequate level of service and understand that the boy had not been informed of this situation. This denotes the inadequacy of the two waiters (the first does not send the command but does not inform the colleagues and the responsible for the unconscious situation of our table) and total lack of organization by the manager,which at the time of payment had not been informed and therefore was not in a position to apologize, to apply a discount or find a way to regain the trust of a client now permanently lost. Food is not a job for everyone: this place is evident that the staff at the tables is not adequate and those who manage do not have the wrist of the room and how things go. Eating in absurd times and as customers (since today ex) we have perceived nothing but indifference. Bad management, I would say OTTIMA to lose customers. Work is serious. Live advice: go elsewhere, where you have respect for the customer and work."

"Attratto da una promozione su fb e leggendo le recensioni sono andato in questo ristorante ....devo dire che l' accoglienza e la professionalità del cameriere Antonio mi ha fatto sentire subito a mio agio....antipasti di crudi buoni a parte una tartare di salmone e uno scampo che di fresco non avevano assolutamente niente...e secondo me....anche troppo caro 30.00 per un antipasto di crudi 3 piccole tartare 1 ostrica 1 gambero 1 scampo 1 vongola più un mini carpaccio) ma vabbe scelta nostra scegliere dopo aver letto il menù....una frittura di moscardini ottima come ottimi anche i primi...uno spaghetto alle vongole e uno allo scoglio e allora mi chiedo...perché lievitare i prezzi sulla ricevuta??? Cioe' sul menu spaghetti alle vongole 12.00 euro e sulla ricevuta 14.00 frittura di moscardini sul menu 8 00 sulla ricevuta 10.00 ostrica sul menu 3.00 sulla ricevuta 4.50 e parliamo dello sconto del 20% non applicato??? Fatto presente al cameriere tutto si e risolto..con le dovute scuse...ma dopo aver pagato ci siamo accorti che lo sconto e' stato fatto al 15%...Beh tutto questo lascia un po l amaro in bocca.. e non è stato un errore di calcolo ma intenzionato...e non trovo onesto questi gesti... anche perche' un titolare dovrebbe stimolare a farti ritornare e non a deludere....peccato....lo dico per loro...cadere così in basso... differenza tra un conto e l altro era di di 30.00 euro non mi sembra poco....ci tornerei? Forse solo per la gentilezza del cameriere Antonio....e con gli occhi bene aperti."
