"amazing customer service. this pub makes her feel completely home. I found the whole staff very friendly, and after constant fast service I waited for minutes to be served, and at this opportunity the staff could not be apologetic for the waiting period. eating is of good quality and again was served quickly and efficiently, the atmosphere in the pub is great, with such a cozy feeling that on this particular rainy day I did not want to leave. has become the manager shaun bailey for the performance of such a brilliant pub! if only all pub staff treated customers like this pub does!"

"Was having a lazy Sunday afternoon, watching the football. Decided to have a pizza, so ordered online. Not the easiest to order online, but we got there. No tracking information, but a standard 60mins delivery window was given. I ordered the chicken and bacon BBQ pizza. The listing mentioned that there would be olives; none were present on the pizza. That said, there were generous toppings on the pizza and the bacon with BBQ sauce really did hit the spot. It’s a shame that there was no tracking or accurate updates on the delivery of the pizza. I was, however, pleasantly surprised when the pizza arrived after only 30mins and still hot!"

"Being our third time dining at the chef's table, it's a truly fantastic experience. Watching the chef's prepare and present your meals is a real joy. Every dish is explained by the head chef, to which you're able to accompany with a wine pairing. Although its a bit more expensive than you're standard restaurants, it does feel like good value for money. There are other options such as a shortened chef's table, or a pick off the menu. It's a true treat of a dinning experience, with nothing of this calibre around. Would highly recommend to all !!
