"excellent paadineria in the center of novara that is undoubtedly distinguished by the great chains for the quality and freshness of the materials used. sitting at the counter after the order, you can easily observe the legendary patty that transforms a dough bread into a saucepan, pulling it with the bat and then bake on the big plate. the variety of proposed combinations is impressive, and they are all one better than the other. my favorite is certainly grilled, a roll with chicken breast, salad, cheese and barbecue sauce. even the doughs are varied: normal, kamut, integral, with corn flour. if you prefer a salad, you can order a basket of piadina, strictly made at the moment, which is filled with mixed salads, tuna, tomatoes, cheese and much more according to your own clothes. and of course there is a splint of sweet peas to the walnut, fruit, coconut and much more ideal as dessert but also as snack. in short, the piada corner is definitely the ideal place for a fast but super delicious lunch that thanks to the variety of proposals not tired and never disappoint. absolutely recommended!"
