"What a beautifully rustic and authentic little gem. We stopped on the road down to southern Italy for a quick snack. We ended up with freshly baked bread rolls, locally made buffalo mozarella (which was sublime in its taste and freshness) and some tuna bonito and a jar of sundried tomatoes. We sat on a little wooden table on the veranda overlooking the fields, farms and hills. How perfect and utterly italiano authentic just simple and divine. The lady who runs it was so lovely and helpful and the place was spotless. Good local produce with a wonderful cheese and meats selection at a good price well worth a pitt stop."

we had already read the superpositive reviews of this dairy and at the table were all confirmed. we were looking for local and genuine products. we opted for the two menus that included cheeses, cured meats, side dishes of the cilentani and the excellent buffalo mozzarella. dulcis in fundo the crumbled with buffalo ricotta and pistachio a real enjoyuria for the palate. everything has fully satisfied our service of expectations, location and food. the day after the return from the weekend we returned to bring home buffalo bocconcini. very recommended, thank you for everything to the next.

We stopped at this small cheese factory and had a large plate of fresh handmade mozzarella, bocconcini, ricotta, different sorts of local cheeses, slices of prociutto and lovely salami. This all came together with bread, tomatoes, some carrots and other vegetables. WE DID NOT REGRET IT. Signora Maria gave her best and served the delicious specialities on the 'terrazza '. I especially remember the very tasty small balls of mozzarella, filled with ricotta and nuts and while I am writing this 'my mouth and mind want to go back to this place! '. Maria, thank you very much for your hospitality!
