"Entró y varios empleados vinieron a saludarme y ofrecieron opciones de asientos en interiores y exteriores. Pensé que esto es genial. Mientras estaba sentado, la camarera original era amable ofrecía varias opciones de bebidas antes de la cena. Elegí el radiador Weizen ... como siempre. La comida ... La orden de regreso de una camarera separada estaba casi minutos. Al ordenar, tienen varias opciones de carne envejecidas secas varios cortes junto con la elección de la hamburguesa con o sin queso. Opté por el Schnitzel, pero pidió modificar con una pechuga de pollo y se le dijo que no. Explicé que no comí el puerto y se ofreció la opción de ternera, que es un corte joven de carne de res, eligió la opción disponible ya que ninguna otra opción era. Pidió sustituir la variante frita tradicional para la salsa de hongo Rahm y lo trajeron de lado y que eran más setas que la salsa. El Schnitzel se estaba cayendo del empanado, pero sabía delicioso. He estado aquí casi una hora y aún he que revisarme o ofrecerle otra cerveza. Las papas fritas son gordas, papas fritas de bistec. El limón para el Schnitzel se seca, obviamente se usa todo el día o se retira como último recurso. Gran sentimiento con las opciones de decoración y comida, pero decepcionadas con el servicio al cliente y la presentación final. Definitivamente no volverá"

"We are visitors from England and usually stay in Kevelaer about once a year always paying a visit to the Goldener Swan as we have found it so good.This year was a little more problematic as my wife has developed a serious food intolorance to anything the slightest citrus. We chose a venison casserole and asked the waiter to check with the chef that there was nothing in the meal that could be problematic and he returned a couple of minutes later with a sheaf of paper re-assuring us that there were no ingredients that could cause a problem. There were three of us and we all ordered the venison casserole which after a few minutes arrived each with a slice of orange garnish. At first the waiter suggested that we just remove the garnish but eventually realised that the food was contaminated and we did get a replacement meal for my wife.This spoiled our evening as the omission was so unnecessary as some one was not really listening to us. There was no language problem as one of the three of us speaks fluent German, I speak acceptable German and the waiter spoke perfect English.The meal however was wonderful as it always is and on on our next visit I am sure that I can award full marks as I could always have done on all past visits, it is such a shame that this last time was the only one that was not perfect."

"Update 30/07/2023: Schade 19,50€ für den Salat, der vorher bei 13,50€ lag?! Leider nicht angemessen und zwei Kunden verloren. Kurz und knapp großartig! Bestellung immer per WhatsApp mit Uhrzeit, Vorlauf ca. 30 Minuten kann das Essen abgeholt werden, variiert denke ich je nach Auftragsmenge, bisher aber immer auf den Punkt fertig zum mitnehmen. Wir haben nun die gesamte Karte durch und alle Speisen sind absolut frisch zubereitet, der Geschmack eines jeden Gerichtes zu den Beilagen ist perfekt abgestimmt. Mein Favorit der Salat Teryaki mit einer köstlichen, leicht süßen Vinaigrette Soße. Dazu Süßkartoffelpommes und Guacamole Dip. Zum Salat gibt es noch 3 Brötchen verschiedener Art mit einer selbst gemachten Kräuterbutter perfekt! Weiter so! Was die Portion angeht, wenn du einen halben Döner schaffst, ist das absolut ausreichend!"

"Wir haben telefonisch bestellt und die Pizzen sollten 30 min. später abholbereit sein. Die Bestellung wurde auch in der Pizzeria nochmal abgefragt und war richtig. Nach mehr als 1 Stunde bekamen wir 2 komplett falsche Pizzen, bei einer Pizza Spinat statt dem bestellten Brokkoli, bei der vierten fehlten die Peperoni. Von der „Größe“ der Pizzen und dem Belag möchte ich gar nicht reden. Ich finds sehr schade, denn die Pizzen waren mal wirklich gut."

"Finally, a restaurant where everything fits! We were in Cumsalis for the first time and it won't be the last time. I give 5 stars for the great and unique ambience. More 5 stars for the very friendly and friendly service and food as well as the recommendation for wine was simply wonderful. Here you feel welcome and attention is paid. For me the best restaurant in Kevelaer and surroundings. Thank you."
