The store staff's response is good. They are also kind to Japanese people. There is no signal inside the store. I love squid ink pasta, and I ate it at many restaurants during my stay in Venice, but the one here was not very delicious. The taste of squid ink is weak and the salt is also light. While searching for a restaurant for dinner, we were drawn to this place and decided to sit down. The atmosphere was nice, and the waitstaff were attentive and professional. We were excited when placing our orders for our meals. We ordered Venetian-style liver (Fegato Alla Veneziana), cuttlefish with polenta (Seppie Con Polenta), and grilled vegetables (Di Stagione) as a side dish. Unfortunately, the food was very, very bad. We did not enjoy it at all and struggled to finish our meals. Even the grilled vegetables were not good. I'm surprised at how they managed to mess up even fried vegetables.
