"The decorative, semi-concrete house with its dark red roller shutters at Zeppelinplatz in the middle of Echterdingen looks inviting. Antico Casale d`Adriano After the complete restoration, Adriano Lapiccirella opened its Trattoria at the end of 2010. Since the semi-concrete house of 1678 had no generous interior layout, some parts of the wall were removed between the frame. This gave room in the guest room at the expense of monumental protection. Depending on the angle of view, you can now feel the interior comfortably cuddly or somewhat crampy. Zuppa Carote The rich antipasti variation balanced, authentic and with good quality of the individual components. Very well I found the tasting Vitello Tonnato, only the amount on the rectangular plate I found visually less appealing. Very good food at reasonable prices. Menue is mot overcrowded but offers a great variety. Relaxing atmosphere .... Will come back for sure.

My wife and I popped in here on a whim. The interior is comfortably nice. The wait staff was helpful and friendly. The food was Italian but a little mild. All were good and we will go back. Ver carta

I really like this place. My wife and I have been here a couple of times and have enjoyed ourselves immensely. I find the wait staff nice and fun and the food good. My only caution is that the food is a little "Germanized". A lot of restaurants here alter the recipes a bit for the local palette....my take is that the dining experience is not diminished but my friends have had different opinions.

The Antico Casale d'Adriano is an excellent choice for an Italian lunch or dinner in the center of Echterdingen. The restaurant is located in a historic building in the recently refurbished town center, and can be easily reached via public transportation (bus stop nearby) or by car (ample parking nearby) - and of course also by foot or by bike. The historic timber framed building housing the Antico Casale d'Adriano does contribute strongly to the nice ambience of the restaurant - and so does the modern and tasteful interior: the whole place looks and feels very cozy and inviting with a distinctly modern touch.
