"Incredible experience. From each and every one of the dishes to the spectacular venue and the service provided by all the staff. Everyone very friendly. Totally recommended if you love good food and trying new things. Obviously it is not to come every month unless you are rich, but at least once in your life you should try it. A detail that I think would not cost them much and would be appreciated is that they should not charge €3.50 for water. With the menu at €272+VAT per person and drink apart, it is more than charged. Mind-blowing and full of delightful surprises, truly the master works. 3 Stars Michelin without a doubt. Very very well presented. It was an unforgettable experience to discover so many new flavors from the ocean. All their sommeliers and servers are extremely knowledgeable as well. Not just the details of the dish, but also the origins of each ingredient and characteristics. It is for sure one of the finest restaurants and will definitely revisit again in the future.
