April's - Carta

I simply love this placeYes, it is a posh restaurant with a very posh clientele but it has a very warm feeling about it.

Had brunch there with friends, in the patio. Lovely pocket of greenery and cool design, combined with a casual and seasonal menu.

I have to say visiting this restaurant was a truly delightful experience with great food good wine and a very friendly atmosphere. Ver carta

My girlfriend and I celebrated our 4 year anniversary at Medlar and both had an amazing time! The staff really welcomed us and made it especially special

The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. However, the service was a bit slow and one of our orders was incorrect. Despite these issues, I would still consider returning to this restaurant.

We entered through a clothing shop, boutique 1, and discovered a charming space with quiet and attentive service. The fresh scones were amazing! However, it was disappointing to learn that the kitchen closed at 6pm, even though the restaurant itself closes at 7pm. Ver carta

To start, it was a challenge to locate the restaurant as it is tucked away in a boutique with no indication of its precise whereabouts. The menu was limited with few options to choose from. Despite this, the dishes we did sample were quite flavorful. The prices were steep for what I would classify as a light lunch. Overall, the experience was pleasant enough.

We were slightly disappointed. The menu was very small . 1st coffees were cold so we sent them back and they were replaced by slightly warmer ones. We had a toasted sandwich each which were nice. We both had a small salad that was very nice to look at and tasty too. I do think though that for what we had the bill of £51 was too much. Would go again maybe for breakfast or tea and cake but lunch was not value for money. Really sorry, so wanted to love it. The waitress was slightly glum too.

Wanted to try new place off Sloane sq with local friends.. Enter through Boutique one (nicely presented) When arrived our booking hadn't been registered . We sat outside which looks delightful with lots of tree ferns palms however there isn't a good canopy for inclement weather as awnings aren't deep enough and umbrellas too small.. service was quite inattentive even when we told them not to forget us being outside when ordered they didn't get order correct. It seemed that whenever we looked at kitchen/ service area staff for attention they were talking to each other, even sitting down chatting..
