Great food hall. Staff at entrance clueless. Didn’t acknowledge my presence when I walked in.

The service staff there is absolutely pathetic and rude, especially the woman who served us today. Never going back there, food is average too. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £30–40

Some dishes were excellent, others were OK. The service was OK, but would have benefited from a better explanation of the process for ordering. You pay in advance, and includes a service charge before you get any service. Ver carta

The service was quite slow, but the atmosphere was enjoyable. I found some of the prices a bit steep for what we received—why wouldn’t you serve hummus with bread? However, the tacos were definitely the highlight of the menu.

Was meeting a friend who lives overseas. was perfect as not sure of his food preferences was so many styles to choose from and system worked really well ordering on the ap. All came very quickly and also has lots of tv screens so we could watch the World Cup whilst dinning. Very conveniently located next to the station also.

Ate here pre theatre and it had a lively buzzy atmosphere even at 5.45. Food was excellent and all arrived super quickly. Would recommend ordering one dish at a time to share if that works otherwise you would be finished in about 15 minutes. Food ordered to table via phone and QR code but think you could order with staff if necessary. Ver carta

zelt to the evening Fri night and music was too loud to have a proper conversation. the personal was completely overwhelmed and forgotten to sit down even though we asked a reservation (we asked about standing 30min and they were surprised that we were still waiting and not sitting) plus we never got conductive water, although they asked several times. eating was delicious, but serving small for the price.

The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance with a lot of effort put into its design. However, I requested a quiet table away from the doors and was instead seated between a bustling kitchen entrance and three families with small children. The service is quite fast, matching the pace of the kitchen, which means that food arrives as soon as it's ready. This setup isn't ideal for four people dining together. Additionally, the app menu differs from the printed menu.

Two of us arrived and were greeted decently. However, we were seated at an extremely small table that clearly wouldn’t have held all the plates we ordered (see photo). I had to request to move to a lounge table, which, when we got there, was still dirty. We waited around 5 minutes before someone came to clean it. On the positive side, the food arrived fairly quickly, and the staff were polite and well-mannered throughout. Unfortunately, the food itself was underwhelming. The falafels were bland and lacked any real flavour. The £9 tempura was especially disappointing—at that price, you expect something memorable, but it fell flat.
