And yes I’m not afraid of words, the omelette of Arsène is much better than the one I had the opportunity to taste lately in a well-known restaurant of Mont st michel and above all, much cheaper. The team is young and friendly, good the setting a little minimalist, but we don't go for it.Only flat: bread, a little hard and not crispy, but the whole remains good.

the welcome was very good despite the heavy humour of the employee who took my order (this is not why I put 4). The price is correct, even if it may seem to me 2€ too expensive for a small omelette a little garnished with a cake that was too small according to me and a drink (12€). However, I found it really very good and very original as a concept!I recommend more if you are hungry in the afternoon, I was still very hungry when I came out of the restaurant!

I went out of curiosity, but don't think I'm going back. omelettes are good, the bread lost also, the original formula but : 18 euros the complete menu is really much, much too expensive. the portions of lost bread and trim are minimalist. In addition, except to swallow your omelette in 2 bites, the rest will be cold at the time of tasting...I also share on what was said on the sticky tables of the room at the top but also on the plastic covers and the omelette box. In short, we have too much impression of testing a marketing concept. Sorry.
