"The staff were rude to us: My partner and myself booked a tabe using their website, but when we arrived nothing was ready and they made us feel unwelcomed by saying that we should have phoned and that we booked too late (1.5 hours before ....It's only after a few exchanges (during which we were even reprimanded by a young waitress! , and after we showed them the email confirming the booking (with reference number , that we were given an uncomfortable table near the toilets at which my partner and I could not face each other. We thought that such a rude behaviour was unacceptable and hesitated to leave, but eventually decided to continue this experience chiefly out of curiosity. Food was good but expensive. The wine was quite good but was very expensive. Regarding the service: The staff continued along the same lines. First they were pushy trying to make us order a bottle of wine (we insisted on having a glass each , and then largely ignored us for most of the evening during they seemed busy entertaining loudly those who appeared to be their favourite customers (with whom they were openly very familiar . The situation was then between grotesque and awkward (for instance, at some point they took the pepper from our table, without an explanation, and never return it . We even almost had to beg to have a look at the list of deserts, but after a few minutes were only given the list orally by a visibly uninterested waitress. Overall the service was rude and unacceptable, which is a pity because the food and wine were good (but too expensive for what they were ."

This is our local Italian restaurant and we recommend it to everyone who appreciates good food and good wine. We always bring visitors here it's always impressive and cosy! The staff are super friendly, the menu is full of delicious dishes (homemade pasta is...a real winner and the wine list is comprehensive. The pasta is always fresh homemade and the menu with lots of seasonal suggestions changes regularly, so you can get...the great Italian everyday classics we all love or try something new. so they go figure.....you book a reservation for this restaurant online with the book a table website and after arriving to coins from Australia for their New Year's reservation they are greeted at the door of the owner (probably.) he asked our name in which the reservation was booked. look at his handwritten lists written on a serviette or a paper scrap and our name was not there. I then showed him that we had a confirmation e-mail book a table and he put his hands on it and said he could not guarantee our booking. he said he has over 100 ppl tonight and sent others to meet ppl like I with confirmation emails. what a load croc serious, so rude and not interested. basically wasn't his proble...
