Asha's Indian Resturant And

I have tried dal makhni what was not good, tandoori roti brot was fluppy, which is ideally not an Indian style tandoori....better to try another place if ur a food lover

probably the best Indian food in birmingham. beautiful ambiente in the city center. just something they don't find a place easy to go tos.so would always recommend a reservation

To be honest, I'm a big fan of this restless of so long. I love eating. every ordered dish was fresh. yumm. seasoned were not too much. the prices were good. we look forward to a visit.

Very good food. Must go in Birmingham. They have managed to get each dish hit just the right spot. Juicy chicken tikka, fragrant rice, out of the world tandoori prawns. Worth every cent.

When arrived was really excited, brilliant decor, really nice environment. Prices were ok nothing over the top, however had to wait 1.5 hours for our mains after our meal, when the food arrived it was ok' 2 members of our party found it dry and sent it back. Service was brilliant however, hopefully this was just a bad night as it did have the makings to be a brilliant place. Ver carta

asha is one of the best restaurants when looking for authentic Indian food. I've been here a few times in the last year. from many things tried, my favourite dishes from their menu are Calamari fish, dal makhani, non veg kebab platter and dhaba huhn. the tandoor elements are highly recommended there. I really like the ambiente of the place. the service is also excellent. I would definitely climb this restaurant again and I'm ever in birmingham.

Oh well, I have dined at Ashas more times than I can count It falls to your right as you walk up Newhall Street towards Newstreet Rail Station The locality is perhaps the second best after Brindley Place which is adjoining the beautiful Birmingham canals. Nevertheless, the restaurant is very centrally located I used to visit here mostly with my dad. The interiors are lavishly furnished but give off a somewhat nouveau riche vibe. The bar is large but so is the crowd. Most of the cliental seem to be professionals. Mostly, upper and technical middle class For an Indian restaurant, you do see a lot of white faces. One of the few places in Birmingham where food gets as much importance as the ambiance and the service. Their afternoon weekday buffets are a steal but for the real deal you need to go a la carte.
