Der Service verdient ebenfalls Anerkennung. Das Personal war aufmerksam, freundlich und sehr sachkundig. Sie gaben gerne Empfehlungen und sorgten dafür, dass jeder Gast bestens betreut wurde. Insgesamt kann ich Giuse's wärmstens empfehlen. Dieses Restaurant bietet nicht nur hervorragendes Essen, sondern auch eine unvergessliche Atmosphäre und exzellenten Service. The pizza was really good. The dough, as with the pizza rolls nicely spicy, on the bottom not too thick, but solid enough, but not hard. "We were walking on Sunday afternoon and a bit. Parking has every amount around the football field. And now we also come to the absolutely negative: Yes, it is a club pub and that looks sad. On the 70s chic, along with Aldi tiles on the floor... the beautifully decorated tables also use nothing. Unfortunately also the flair of a balcony on Schalke. Very bad! The rest was really good. Rarely seen such a nice and competent waiter in action. This is what the service looks like! I just wanted n small pieces and decided for Pasta. It was good and also more than sufficient. With our tribal Italian, the pasta is unfortunately always only so n children's plate... here absolutely right. Conclusion: Nice taste, good service! Besides the optics there is really nix to mecker. Could some Nobelitans cut a piece!"

"Wir waren zum Abendessen an einem Freitag im Alten Rathaus. Wir waren schon mehrmals dort zum essen, und müssen feststellen, dass die Organisation in diesem Restaurant immer katastrophaler wird... Das Essen ist wirklich gut, aber wenn man einen entspannten Abend genießen möchte, dann besser nicht mehr ins Alte Rathaus am Wochenende. Es ging schon damit los, dass wir nach dem Platz nehmen ganze 30 Minuten warten mussten, bis wir überhaupt mal Getränke bestellen konnten. Diese waren dann nach weiteren 15 Minuten endlich da. Ähnlich ging es mit dem Essen, das wir bestellt hatten. Uns fiel auch auf, dass es unter den Servicekräften scheinbar keine Einteilung für bestimmte Tische gibt. Jeder macht irgendwie alle Tische... Entweder wird man 30 Minuten gar nicht auf eine Bestellung angesprochen, oder es kommen dann bis zu drei Servicekräfte nacheinander, die eine Bestellung aufnehmen möchten. Auch an den umliegenden Tischen haben wir Unmut mitbekommen wegen sehr langen Wartezeiten. Auch beim Bezahlen hatten wir 20 Minuten auf die Rechnung gewartet, um dann gesagt zu bekommen, dass wir am besten an der Kasse direkt zahlen sollten... Ein entspannter Abend sieht anders aus. Wir waren nach dem Besuch wirklich angenervt, und werden erst mal nicht mehr ins Alte Rathaus gehen. Hoffentlich merkt mal einer der Verantwortlichen, dass viel verbessert werden könnte, wenn die wirklich bemühten Servicekräfte einen Bereich zugewiesen bekommen würden, für den sie zuständig sind."

"Gyrospita besser als jeder Döner! Zum hier essen oder auch zum Mitnehmen. Wie vereinbart war alles fertig und während des kurzen Wartens wurde uns ein Ouzo angeboten, sehr aufmerksam! Das Essen, war sehr lecker und wie man es von einem Griechen erwartet auch deftig gewürzt. Für mich war die Beilage im Vergleich zum Fleisch etwas zu klein. Der Oktopus als Vorspeise war perfekt gegart. Lob an den Koch. Es mag dem Sonntag Abend geschuldet sein aber es wurde viel abgeholt, obwohl man sich auch einfach in der Gaststube wohlfühlen würde. An anderen Tagen ist mir das jedoch nicht so aufgefallen."
