While the...salmon with miso dish had great flavours, the salmon was overcooked and quite a small portion which was a let down considering it was 27 euros. Usually I walk away from an expensive fine dining experience thinking it was completely worth the price, but unfortunately that was not the case here. The whole experience was lacking."

stayed here for a conference and the business lunch buffet was great with plenty of choice and surprising combinations. All super fresh and lovingly displayed.

this was the top place that I ate during my visit in hamburg (two times) very nice white tablecloth with wonderful menu. great service and more eat. I strongly recommend it!

we were very well received in this fantastic restaurant. starter the emptying and the beet root with Cheddar cheese, continue with kalbsfilets and finish with home made sorbet and a fresh minzetee. everything was really perfect and the price was in agreement with the quality....High recommended.

We were at two dinners. The first in the restaurant, the other in the Atlantic Bar, because in the restaurant was an accident. Fantastic hummer bisque. Baked artichokes(one! on the contrary miserable. The beef fillet realy perfect, side dishes to beef were bad. We had a fine experience visiting the interiors, not to forget the Phantom Room- where all the history of this hotel lies.. its my favorite...all time !!! Wonderful place with great service. Enjoyed the fine dining very much and great staff added more value. We...had salad, stake, Schnizel and cheese collection with a bottle of fine wine. It was lovely and cozy to watch the first snow for Hamburg. Recommend to go and get ready for a beautiful lake view.

I usually go away from an expensive food experience and thought it was worth the price, but unfortunately this was not the case. the whole experience was missing.
