Herr Krause (Chefkoch) und Frau Ganter (Head of Sommelier/e) und das ganze Team haben uns einen unbeschreiblichen Abend erleben dürfen. Es war fantastisch.

Thank you for the nice evening with you. We felt very good. The meeting of the menu in advance, the pleasant ambience, the friendly service and the excellent cuisine have made the evening an impressively beautiful experience. I also enjoyed the rich selection of drinks for those who do not drink alcohol.

Great location with excellent star cuisine and really commendable service. We felt great conversations with the very friendly and competent staff, a creative menu and perfect wine recommendation. The about four hours passed as in the flight and it was an enchanting evening that will remain in memory. A meal on the Terasse would have been the i Tüpfelchen, but unfortunately we were denied because of the weather. The investment was worth it. Star food with personal touch is simply an experience! My wife and I were with Mr Hausser for the third time for our anniversary. Unfortunately, this time it was not as overwhelming as the last few years. For example, we really enjoyed the wide selection of bread, this time it was not very attractive. In addition, the lighting was very bright so that no “romantic” mood could arise. The service was not so attentive and felt this time. This was also better in recent years due to lengths. The food has met our expectations again. Overall, despite the small criticism, it was a big evening.

Meine Frau und ich waren zu unserem Jahrestag zum dritten Mal hintereinander bei Herrn Hausser. Leider war es diesmal nicht so überragend wie die letzten Jahre. Z.B. hatten wir uns sehr auf die tolle Brotauswahl gefreut, diese war diesmal nicht sehr ansprechend. Weiterhin war die Beleuchtung sehr hell gestellt, so dass keine „romantische“ Stimmung aufkommen konnte. Der Service war diesmal auch nicht so aufmerksam und zu spüren. Auch dieses war in den letzten Jahre um Längen besser. Das Essen hat aber wieder unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Insgesamt war es trotz der kleinen Kritikpunkte ein toller Abend.

We love the Seven Seas and his friendly staff, especially Mr. Wilm, who, after only a few visits, knows us so well and understands that he already knows before our arrival, for which champagne we will decide and does not land on our plates, which we have already ruled out during previous visits.
