Atrium Cafe - Carta

What a fantastic spot and what made it superb was the customer service received from both James Daniel. Now that is service to return for. Oh yes, the coffee was good too.

The restaurant was a great spot to enjoy dinner and drinks. The bartender, Luke, was very friendly, and all the other staff were as well. I would highly recommend this place.

Okay but the beds are horrible book closer to London Center as this hotel is quite off the beaten path. Rooms tiny and no mini fridge. Staff is awesome but concierge has no idea of what they are doing. Ver carta

The restaurant has a strange layout with low club chairs and coffee tables, dim lighting throughout except for the bar area which is overly bright. It doesn't feel like a fun destination, more like a temporary waiting area. There are no servers, you have to order at the bar for anything you want.

Came here for dinner with friends. Started with a cocktail which was very average and were charged service for no reason. The staff are super friendly but we were begging for service every time we needed something. The food was very good but the whole restaurant has no atmosphere and the tables were reminiscent of a local pub rather than a London Hotel. At no point were we offered dessert or coffee and gave up in the end. It's an odd place. Doesn't feel like a restaurant at all. We had fun but think that was more the company than location.

I went to this restaurant on Friday evening, October 13th. The jazz singer and pianist were amazing. I was meeting family who were passing through London and it had been a while since I had seen them. Danielle from the bar staff was absolutely wonderful - patient, polite, and helpful, and went above and beyond for us. The manager of the bar and restaurant area, whose name I can't remember, said she had just started recently so it should be easy to identify her. She was also very polite, helpful, and made our evening unforgettable. Thank you to all. Ver carta

We have been to this lounge twice and on the first visit everything was still okay, and the staff took good care of us. During our second visit, we sat around for a good 20 minutes and were ignored by the waitress and the manager(There were two different employees than those on the first visit). Eye contact was made at least 3 times, but no one came. Subsequently, it just got too uncomfortable and we left. I attempted to address the issue with both the waitress and the manager, but they denied it. This behavior is incredibly embarrassing and unprofessional, and I would recommend everyone to think twice about being served here.

When we arrived at Atrium bar/restaurant we were greeted straight away and was made to feel very welcome. They couldn't do enough for us all night. The food was excellent, and we didn't wait long. The host was very friendly along with the staff. We had specifically come for the Jazz also, and the duo were very excellent. It would be good to promote the jazz as a main attraction as a lot of people had their food and then left. We really enjoyed it and would definitely go again. Also thankyou to James Nico for serving us with cheesecake even though the kitchen was closed. He went out of his way to make us feel happy. Thankyou D Price and W Newill

Visited the Atrium on a Groupon. The deal included a glass of wine each and a main each. We came specially for the jazz. Lacked a little atmosphere before the duo came on. Some background music would be a good idea. We ordered starters calamari which was fine. I had the seabass which was tasty my husband ordered the steak which unfortunately was awful so tough . My husband sent it back and the manager was fantastic he offered a replacement main or something else so we went for a free cocktail instead. There was obviously a problem with the steak as we saw other plates going back. Not something you expect in a premium hotel in London. The service was good and attentive no big wait for drinks...
