"Excellent local food - first courses, main courses, and desserts. We had the foie gras and salmon for starters and a Lotte (white fish) and duck for mains. Everything was delicious and presented beautifully, and the service was accommodating and warm despite the late hour.Prices are not cheap, but reasonable compared to other options in the area serving food at this level.A note for parents: their kids' menu may not work for everyone. We loved it as it wasn't the usual fare of fried chicken, bland pasta or "French" fries, but smaller portions of the entire menu (at €10.50 per child up to 12 years old)."

very good, cosy restaurant. Summertime and with sunshine you can sit outside just in fron of the church square. Quiet ambient. Good quality and quantity of typical French food. If you like kidney you should go there. Ver carta

We were staying in Sigolsheim, so we decided to try this restaurant. It was very good, and the service was fine. The food was really tasty, and the prices were good. We definitely would recommend this place for a good meal.

We came to dinner at six after the year-end party rush. We all enjoyed the dishes (coaches to the queen, delicious sauerkraut, poultry and veal scalope), the wines and the great kindness and professionalism of the 2 servers and of which unfortunately I do not know the names of which one newly arrived. A very good address we recommend. Very good value for money.

This is not a fancy place, but at least they offer you god food at normal prices. We had a salade vigneronne (which is a bit heavy if you're used to quite lean food), and the feulleté forestier (which was really very good, and not drowning in cream). The wine was good, service was friendly and quite efficient, and the bill was normal for France (about 20% less than in Belgium). Good place to stop at lunch time when on a bicycle tour in the neighbourhood Ver carta

Although Eguisheim and Riquewihr are eye-catchers, sometimes all those tourists are too much to take. This little restaurant, well-signposted in its town, was a quiet haven with a great menu. The usual local dishes were well-represented (choucroute, backoeffe) along with more exotic like ris et rognons de veau. The offering of the day was an ample three courses at an excellent price. Outside seating near the town fountain, but in the shade, was an option. A great find!

We opted for the menu du jour here on a sunny Friday lunchtime - pea soup with smoked salmon, pan fried bream with courgette and olives and a baked apple with honey ice cream for dessert. This was a thoughtful and good value menu, with very different and equally appetising options each day. They also have other menus available with more choice, or a la carte options, but we enjoyed letting someone else decide and having a great value lunch at the same time!Worth a visit if you are in the area, lovely place to eat.
