the frame is great and the service was excellent, but discreet, but it was the food that was the winner. the menu was of a good value for money with a appetizing foie gras, a scallop and a pralined ice cream and almonds. My wife had the cassoulet and it was delicious, with subtle and melting flavors in the mouth confites. A perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

Tonino stond er helemaal alleen voor toen wij er tussen de middag wilden eten: zowel in de keuken als voor de bediening, dus we moesten iets langer wachten, maar dat was de moeite waard! Een voortreffelijke coq au vin; een confit de canard met krokante korst en sappig van binnen zoals het hoort…. Goeie huiswijn erbij. En alles lekker no nonsence; een verademing tussen alle toeristen restaurants !

I went to the family in late May. The food was uneven: less than the average wither and better than the average cassoulet, not surprising however. The wine was very good.The desserts were worth it: a chocolate melt. the patron saint/server, coming from Corsica: they took over the restaurant about 5 months ago and are still working as it seems, it is also reflected in the waiting time: lunch lasted almost 2 hours. So, in a word, it's not a bad place to go, but either they improve the quality of their food, or they lower the price, otherwise I don't see this restaurant survive more than a few years thanks to its previous reputation.
