Greetings from Singapore. Without a doubt, the best dining experience by far on our trip thus far. One of only a handful of restaurants which keeps you waiting eagerly for the next course. Superbly executed and well balanced dishes. Very well priced wine pairing as well. Highly recommended!

What a magical moment in this restaurant! the welcome, place, food and wine supply, everything was perfect. this restaurant would deserve to have its star for all its work. original, sought-after dishes, beautiful presentations and a magnificent setting. Not to mention a high service, a well-deserved advice for a great team.

We had a stop in chablis and booked a room at hotel du vieux moulin. We also made a reservation at Au Fil du Zinc restaurant. This restaurant is amazing!! The way they prepare the dishes are awesome, the tast is of every course is phenomenal! We had a 7 course diner and it was perfect!! If you go to Chablis you have to have diner here!!

the place to be! the restaurant over the zinc is one of the best tables in the region. the dishes are refined and always impeccablely presented! I like to let me surprise each dish, the flavors are often unpublished and the associations always wanted! Do not hesitate to test the 7 dishes. you have very well eaten, but in no case you will be overwhelmed. a mention also the attentions to the ever-innovating aperitif and the pre dessert succulents!

We had a good time in this restaurant. On arrival, we were offered to take the aperitif on their terrace at the back of the restaurant. something we enjoyed. the dishes were very good, well worked, with a lot of originality until dessert with a wow effect. the service was upstairs, the staff once again offered us, if we wanted, to take the coffee with its mignardises on the terrace at the end of the meal. very good surprise, restaurant that deserves its star in the michelin guide!
