Proprietor Nadine is very knowledgeable about her wines and is an excellent host. She has guest chefs come in to cook, and they change every few months. The dishes are creative and easy on the pocketbook.

A very nice and not show off "bar à vins" , with a very interesting selection of natural wine and an inventive chef ! The portion are not huge but sufficient for dinner. Moreover the prices are very reasonable for this quality of wine and food. A non touristic but worth the visit adress !

Quelle surprise de voir que ce restaurant est si peu fréquenté!Au nouveau nez se trouve dans un quartier où certes on s'aventure rarement pour le raffinement. Mais je vous assure que ce restaurant vaut le détour! Des plats originaux présentés et préparés avec beaucoup d'amour dans un cadre épuré. Les plats vous font découvrir de belles saveurs, leurs produits sont excellents. On est très bien conseillé pour les vins!

Our party of four really enjoyed our final night in Paris with a relaxed dinner at Au Nouveau Nez. The owner was fluent in Italian, French and English. The menu offered several entrées and two plats and two desserts originating from various parts of Italy, and it was incredibly and deliciously diverse in taste. The cappuccino entrée was creative, recreated as a pumpkin veloute. Honestly, every dish was unique and well balanced and everyone in our group was raving about their dish. Au Nouveau Nez are wine merchants so they a large selection of wines as well. A truly lovely way to spend the evening in a quiet little jewel of a restaurant. Naples in Paris. Ver carta
