Great place in a fantastic location. Had the onion soup to start and the tartare main. Very good food, possibly even the best tartare I have had in Paris. Highly recommended.

We took escargo and onion soup for the appetizer , steak and duck breast for the main. Escargo is reccomandable, and the others were also nice though the steak was a bit chewy. Service was good. They provide English menu.

Friendly , somewhat slapdash service in a slightly shabby upstairs room , difficult to access. Ground floor room taken over by a tour group. No French couples in sight, no surprise, because the food is profoundly mediocre. Cannot recommend. Ver carta

Decent option for lunch or dinner if you haven’t booked anything else. Smoked haddock was great, lamb rack had surprisingly lovely presentation, great positive atmosphere filled with laughter and lively chatter. A bit pricey for the pub’y feeling though.

We chose this restaurant because they were open on Sunday night, had a broad selection of French classics and were close to our apartment. Our service was shared by one really helpful and fun waitress and one who wasn’t. There were three of us and all of our meals were mediocre. Two of us ordered specials and they were anything but. Lastly, the value was the worst of all our meals in Paris.

Although rather neighbors of this biscornu bistro, low ceiling with stairways here or there, we had not returned there for quite a long time. He changed his hands but kept the style. Not a lot of young strangers. (from 22 h ) you can quickly use a burgundy (24 €) or a pork rib (21 €) with a homemade purée or fries and a rag or a rag rib (7 to 8 € per glass). The food was good, but service was really, really bad. I’m not demanding at all, but it was clear that Americans were seated in a designated area of the restaurant. Very long stretches of time went by with no interaction with any server. I was not in a hurry and am more patient than most, but it was bad enough to make me actually leave a review. For context, I spend a lot of time in Paris and speak French. One of the worst experiences I have had here.

We were in Paris for a week. We went here twice for dinner. Once it was just the husband and I because the kids were tired. We weren't too hungry so we shared the french onion soup and the melon salad. Both were delicious! We enjoyed the service and dinner so much we decided we had to sample more of the menu. So we came here another night with the kids and we all shared the escargot (ok only husband and I ate it), the melon salad and the boeuf for 2. The escargot was delicious! I am struggling to find something nice to say, so let's try. 1. Food: my duck was just ok. The skin was not crispy. My husband's entrecote was supposed to be juicy, but it was tough as a shoe. My son's chicken was ok, nothing special. The rest - potatoes. Nothing to say. 2. Service: awful, terrible, rude. You name it. The waitress did not pay any attention to us. She just put the plates on the table with a loud sound and left. As if we were disturbing her. When we asked to pay, she just threw the bill on the table without even saying a word. Unbelievable! And the meal was not a cheap one. 3. " Le creme de la creme" : while we were waiting for our food to come (!), my husband spotted a mouse... Ver carta
