"We were staying at the hotel and decided to try the restaurant. The setting is great with a great view on the mountains and the gardens. We were on the terrace; the weather was perfect. The waiter was nice, friendly and efficient, the service was excellent. The food had nothing exceptional but was well prepared. My meat was perfectly cooked, and my wife enjoyed the fish. Nice wine. Perfect evening."

We spent a night in this establishment. The welcome was warm, the clean room, bedding very well, 2 bottles of welcome water. The pool is very pleasant enough relaxation for everyone. For the restaurant we were advised on the dishes, the wine. Everything was perfect. The menu of the day changes every day, the dishes are refined and copied. I highly recommend.

Delightful terrace overlooking the cirque du Moureze. We had the menu du jour done with skilful cooking. Tuna tartare, sea bass and chocolate fondant made for a fresh tasting meal. Olives, purple potato crisps and popcorn were delivered with the menus. The wine list wasn’t extensive but we chose a local rose which was delicious. If the location were nearer us we’d definitely return.
