Invitée par mon cher et tendre pour mon anniversaire. Le service est très pro limite guindé mais ils ont vu que nous étions simple et ils sont tous devenus plus sympathique allant même jusqu'à échangé sur les plats, le vin... la sommeliere est amoureuse de son métier et elle parvient à le transmettre. Un bémol pour la patronne qui est assez froide.Concernant la cuisine nous avons pris le menu découverte; les goûts sont bons pas de fausse note et quelques jolies découvertes. Dinner on September 8, 2023. We got a last minute spot. The setting is magnificent, with a view of the village church and the Vilaine. We chose two “Discovery” menus (119 euros per menu) with the “Food Wine” agreement (45 euros per person). Nothing to complain about: the dishes are all excellent, and all the flavors fit together perfectly, like the complex cogs of a cutting-edge watchmaker. For the “Food Wine” pairing, the sommelier adapts harmoniously to the speed at which you drink and the progress of the meal. Cela fait longtemps que nous souhaitions l'essayer : c'est fait ! Le décor est select sans originalité, l'accueil très correct, et la vue bien sympathique sur la Vilaine. Mais ce sont surtout les papilles qui vont se régaler !Un seul menu dégustation à 85€ en ce dimanche mais quel bonheur ! Divers amuse-gueules pour ouvrir l'appétit, puis l'entrée homard/carotte un pur délice. Vient ensuite la deuxième entrée, les ravioles au foie gras qui éclatent dans la bouche pour notre plus grand plaisir. Le plat est excellent lui aussi, que ce soit le chevreau ou le turbot. Et le dessert est fabuleux : clémentine confite, pamplemousse et agastache. Un des meilleurs repas que nous ayons pu apprécier jus...

Le cadre est assez correct mais peut mieux faire. L'accueil est de bonne qualité et plaisant mais sans plus. Là où la différence se fait c'est vraiment dans l'assiette. À titre personnel j'ai passé un excellent moment culinaire car il y a une vraie recherche dans l'association de saveurs. Les places sont fins, raffinés et parfois complexes. Une association homard carottes gingembre coriandre qui m'a transporté... un plat quasi parfait suivi de ravioles de foie gras dans un bouillon assez particulier avec une légère note asiatique associé à un vin blanc extraordinaire. The Auberge du Pont d 'Acigné in Noyal-sur-Vilaine is more than a quality restaurant, it has become a mecca for French gastronomy which never ceases to wonderfully stimulate our taste buds. Each plate, with its elegant and refined presentation, is already a painting in itself. In the mouth, we witness an explosion of flavors which blend together magnificently. Personally, I loved the Vegetable and Herb Tart which I found original and fine...
