"We were very happy with our trip to this restaurant. We both got 3-course menus (me the 16,90 du jour and my husband the 35 gourmond). Both were well prepared and delicious. The food is traditional French done well. I received sliced melon and pork slices for my appetizer and husband had a tomato tarte with shrimp and sausage. For dinner we both had beef dishes. We both ordered medium rare (60C) but probably received closer to rare (50C) on the cook; however this is typical in this region so you may want to order one step up from what you normally prefer. My husband’s selection included a cheese course. He was presented with a buffet of cheeses at the table and was explained expertly by a young male waiter. He picked 3, but would have been allowed a 4th choice. Dessert was wonderful- I had and apple tarte and my husband a delicious chocolate mousse. Service was friendly, but required some French. The male servers were lovely and made effort to communicate clearly with my heavily accented and embarrassing level of French. The female server did not try and spoke quickly in long protracted sentences so she was much less successful than her counterparts. I would recommend getting out of Étretat and visiting here for a good meal at a good price. Note: the gps on the fork sent us about 600m down the road further than where the restaurant actually was. Look for the church/town hall like buildings where there is parking."

One of the few restaurants offering reservation with The Fork, therefore very appreciated, along with the 20% off discount. The staff was very nice and helpful, speaking english without hesitation. Our dishes were quite good, even if the beaf maybe was a little hard (we asked for a medium). Fair prices. A nice experience
