"sympathetic environment and cozy decor with cleanliness: leaves to be desired (a lot of flies and flyers, small woods on very dirty windows hosted by a man (patron? in shorts and t-shirt roses, not at the level of what claims to be the establishment... and the prices practiced bottle of wine brought to the table without having to taste good foie gras but served without salt of guerrilla or onion or other, beautiful decoration but with grape grains straight out of the freezer and strawberry pieces of Spain - even when there is already the region only other correct dishes addition of 138 € for two At no time we had a question about our degree of satisfaction, not even at the time of settlement, which would have allowed us to express it is a shame that the performance is not at the height of the frame"

What's in the plate is fine. But everything is cold, from the entrance to the dish. The plate heater hasn't arrived in Meuse yet! Too bad.

Very nice restaurant, very nice service. Restricted card but seasonal and homemade products. Everything is delicious with special mention for paella. We recommend

CAUTION Wedding meal planned in restaurant on 24 August they canceled on 22 August at 22h attention not to anticipate a big event at the risk of meeting with nothing disappointing and no commercial gesture to apologize ...

Our experience concerns a paella to take away. For a stratospheric price, one cannot say that it was satisfactory. No element of the composition was worthy of what one can expect from a paella at this rate. Not to be done again! Ver carta

Meals that is not worth the price!!! Service not at level, dish out of price seen food served, we paid 50€ per person without the wines! Now I'll show you a map with a correct rate and photos at the fare. This is what we eat in Orléans in a city of 200000 inhabitants in a quality restaurant and at a rate of 36€ per person!!!

Extremely slow service, more than an hour and a half waiting for admissions! In addition, the robbed asparagus received in the entrance were too cooked, to the point of being completely dry and immangeable. The paella had nothing exceptional, though expensive. No remark from the team about the slowness of the service, while one can understand that it is overwhelmed, but it would have been nice not to do as if nothing was... Ver carta

Unworthy of an Inn, having frozen fish at this price is a shame, I pointed it out and the waitress (who is still competent and for nothing) certified me the opposite (after asking the boss) !!!! If this is not the case how to explain that our 2 nets of saint stone are rubbery!!! Moreover we had come for the paella and at 8pm there was no more!! We are extremely disappointed because that day we celebrated our wedding anniversary. In short, avoid

We didn't know and decide to test. Easy parking, very airy dining room and still quiet. After a pleasant welcome we discover a fairly short card which is reassuring. Then choice of dishes... it will be paëlla (also speciality and Rossini beef filet. The dishes: copier paëlla, beef very well presented and the whole good to the sufficient portions. At the dessert level the Tiramisu chocolate- hazelnut is light despite the composition and size is largely sufficient. Now... good appetite!

"We wanted to go walking along Lac du Der, which is a giant reservoir and the largest artificial lake in Europe, so looked for a decent restaurant for lunch nearby and found this Bistro in the Michelin Red Guide. It was a 90 minute drive from where we are staying near Epernay, but it was worth the effort as the restaurant was absolutely perfect. It is tiny, in an old renovated epicerie, and everything is cooked in-house, something that has been getting rarer in France, to the point where the government is trying to force restaurants to show what is inhouse and what is brought in and reheated ... not a bad idea in itself, but sadly they have allowed too many loopholes. It is irrelevant here as the Chef's commitment to his craft is obvious. We took their daily lunch menu for €34, not inexpensive, but worth every euro.A cold soup of chicken, crab and pea to start which, while sounding slightly bizarre, was mouth-watering delicious and a main of slow-cooked oven roasted pork served with puree and green beans was excellent, as was the dessert of diced fresh fruit, custard and brittle. All wonderful fresh ingredients perfectly cooked and presented.A good wine list (including a goodly number of half bottle selections) varied enough for all tastes and budgets. Service was excellent, friendly and efficient and they were very welcoming not only of us but also of our 2 small dogs ... who do have a lot of restaurant experience :-)I cannot believe the review below from the Belgian who went away hungry, as all our courses were more than generous, and we definitely did not leave hungry, and cannot understand how anyone could. However, this place is about how great is the food and I would have still been pleased even with smaller quantities. This bistro is well worth a visit. The food is creative, interesting and a serious cut above nearly every one of the restaurants we have tried in our time in the Marne. I would love to have them move nearer to Bordeaux as we would become serious regulars."
