The food (foie gras, angler fish, and salmon and chèvre tartar) was delicious, reasonably priced, and the very polite and bilingual waiter recommended a Ver carta

This little restaurant was recommended to us by a friend, who lives nearby. The atmosphere was informal. The food was wonderful. The service was great and not snobbish. Highly recommended.

Visited for dinner after recommendation from a good friend. All was great, got a fantastic table outside, took the full menu (which we never do but in this case it was so good that we went for it) and enjoyed the service. Highly recommended!

This is a great place with a lot of character. Small but good menu. My son had prawns and I had beef. Both were very good. Service was excellent. Great little corner on Montemarte that is worth the visit. The photo is of a rum and pineapple dessert. Ver carta

I am afraid to write this review as I never want this fabulous restaurant to become overrun with tourists.Food is beyond delicious, prices are fair and service is great.Location is difficult to find but area is so cute with beautiful shops and architecture.Reservations are a must!!!

The restaurant offers a very french style flair and a perfect location for a nice dinner. The menu offers a nice selection of very tasty french dishes. However, the vegetarian main course was very disappointing, as it consists out of beans, steamed potatoes and some lettuce without any sauce. It remembered me to vegetarian dishes in the late 1980s. Beside from that, all other courses where perfect. The Rumpsteak excellent and the desserts delightful.Rothe staff is friendly. All in once recommendable - beside you are a vegetarian.

So myself, my wife and our 11 year old daughter were wandering Montmartre, looking for a dinner spot. Came upon this spot. Dead empty at 6pm. But with a nice feel, and a 27 Euro fixed price menu. Starter and an entree, or entree and dessert. We gave it a shot. GREAT DECISION. Food great, place filled up, best seafood risotto, didn't load you down with ton of rice. Wife had a delicious duck appetizer and chicken entree, I had the risotto and the baked Alaska. Daughter had steak (as always) and veggies, plus chocolate mousse desert. Great ambiance, French music, wonderful place to people watch. All in all, a must if you're in the area. So much fun, such relaxed dining pleasure. Ver carta
