Waited for chips was there 10 mins before closing to be told no chips they couldn't be bothered to cook more chips with an attitude like that get better staff so dissapointed last day of our holiday Ver carta

Asked for a large fish to say it was tiny is an understatement the batter was soggy with dripping and disgusting. Chips were ok all though rather hard. Nice mushy peas on the up side. Won't be going back anytime soon or ever. Extremely over priced!

Love this chippy and recommend it to everyone. I've visited it for four years now, ever since I discovered their amazing Yorkshire fish cakes. This year, they may have some staffing problems as I had to wait 15 minutes despite not that many people being ahead of me; however, the wait was well worthwhile, and I'll be going back this week (probably more than once) before I leave. I just wish they were open more days, then I wouldn't have to wait until Thursday!
