Avo Cafe - Carta

I highly recommend this café in Llanelli. The home cooked food is delicious and offers great value for the money. The service is friendly and I am already excited for my next visit. It is a good idea to make a reservation as it can get quite busy.

Being stuck in a place like Llanelli, having somewhere like Avo to take refuge and enjoy great food and coffee in cosy surroundings is a very welcome thing! Great coffee, lovely food (homemade beef cawl a highlight! and great friendly service. Winner!

We turned up on spec for breakfast. The restaurant was tastefully decorated, full of character, with ample seating. Our orders were taken promptly, drinks arrived quickly and the full English breakfasts were delicious and of a high quality. An enjoyable dining experience. Ver carta

Avos food is always delicious, today was no exception we had a beef dinner which was a generous plateful of beautifully cooked beef , perfectly cooked vegetables, roast potato and parsnip and a very tasty freshly made stuffing the gravy was excellent and plentiful. Amazing food excellent value.

A fantastic venue and an equally excellent experience. Brilliant service, great food and lovely atmosphere. This was an excellent option after the disastrous experience of Hwyl (coffee shop next door), which was hugely disappointing after their very rude customer service. would highly recommend Avo’s!!!!

Brilliant ! Working in Llanelli … Just had quick lunch which was great. Nice menu daily specials which confirms food is fresh. Ordered Welsh rarebit Which is basically cheese on toast but it was fab…decent salad garnish homemade coleslaw Coffee was great the homemade cakes looked awesome. Nice ambiance too #shoplocal !! The service at this restaurant is very friendly, the atmosphere is nice, and it is very clean. My boyfriend and I go here occasionally, and he really enjoyed his Welsh rarebit. My only grievances are that they no longer serve the garlic mushrooms, which were my favorite, and that they stop serving food at 2. I have never had a bad meal here since it opened! I love it.

I recently stopped by for coffee and a turkey panini. The coffee was delicious and the service was friendly, but I was quite disappointed with the panini. The bread was very hard and dry, with hardly any butter or cranberry. There was very little turkey in it. The coleslaw was watery and the side salad was lacking in both quantity and quality. I will visit again, but next time I will order something different.

We are regular customers of Avo's because of the great food , friendly service and general ambiance of the venue. We generally call in for their lovely breakfasts but today we had the most delicious dinners, the beef was scrumptious and cut like butter, the turkey was really tasty too. If you're a fan of the good old tried and tested favourites such as pea and ham soup, ham and parsley sauce, cawl etc...these dishes are also on offer on a regular basis besides their set menu.
