"Instant exceptional. Elegant location, with style and a very welcoming atmosphere. Staff are attentive and extremely competent. We were delighted by the idea of the journey through the roots of the chef and the discoveries of the menu. An explosion of flavors. The harmony between dishes and wines was perfect. "A visit to Bozel is not complete without visiting La Goulue. Angie and Anthony are maintaining excellent high standards of both food and hospitality. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly nothing is too much trouble and they make every effort to make your evening (or lunch) very special. Highly recommended for quality seasonal fare with a local accent. Good choice of drinks too. Have been here several times and the experience is consistently superb."

"Je réponds à François N de Moscou, lorsque l on n est pas satisfait d un endroit, on n y revient plus...La Saulire est un excellent restaurant depuis de nombreuses années , L accueil y est chaleureux...je recommande le pigeonneau rôti aux truffes, et en dessert la tarte fine aux pommes (je la recommande particulièrement, je ne l ai jamais mangé aussi bonne qu ici, et pourtant j en ai mangé, c est mon dessert préféré , , ...merci encore à Jacques, le propriétaire des lieux"

"the food was excellent, service very good and ambience nice. why have i marked it down? no attempt to check the pass sanitary and no customer as far as i could see was asked. if this is the policy of the bistro then it threatens the livelihood of all the ski resorts businesses. we want to stay open with covid and it’s important all the restaurants play their part. if they start checking the pass sanitary then i cannot recommend it enough, however i will not be going back until they do. food was excellent, service very good and pleasant atmosphere. Why did I note it? no attempt to verify the health pass and no customer to my knowledge was requested. if this is the policy of bistro, then it threatens the livelihoods of all companies in the ski resorts. we want to stay open with covid and it is important that all restaurants play their role. If they start checking the health pass, I'll never recommend it enough, but I won't go back until they do it."
