"I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at a restaurant that has previously offered fantastic food. Unfortunately, the poor attitude of the manager, Syed, really detracted from the overall experience. A successful restaurant needs both great food and excellent service, which was unfortunately lacking during my visit. I received a bad-tasting, inedible dish, and was met with rudeness from a staff member, leading me to decide that I can no longer support this establishment. Service: Takeout."

Unfortunately, waited 2 hours (8-10pm) for food delivery and when told delivery was in 10 minutes the restaurant canceled my order. Overall a rather disappointing experience. Service: Delivery Price per person: £30–40

Worst curry house and service, make you wait over 2 hours for food and when it finally arrives I get nothing but a young boy being so rude and disrespectful no sorry for it being late just saying it’s not his problem!! Do not order from them!!

Despite ordering online around lunchtime for a 7pm delivery the food was delivered at 7:45pm and was lukewarm. Very disappointing for the price. Will have to think twice about using them again. First time at Baburchi, nice cosy restaurant, was very empty for a Friday evening however food was good, main course was really nice, poppadoms had to send back as they tasted super oilly however replaced promptly with warm fresh ones which tasted good. "I enjoy Lamb, but rarely order it from Indian or Kebab restaurants, as it is often tough and disappointing. The Everest is more expensive, but with the good reviews I decided to take the chance. I ordered Lamb Madras and some other items, for home delivery. I then managed to doze-off and sleep through the attempted delivery. All my fault! When I finally woke-up, at around 11pm, I called the restaurant and they were super-helpful and offered to deliver my order the following evening. Something they didn’t need to do. The next evening the food arrived and was excellent! The lamb was buttery, tender, and aromatic. And there was a general superior quality from the delivery man to the packaging, but most of all the food itself. So far, in Ashford, my best Indian food experience to date. Well done The Everest."

"We are not adventurous eaters and our waitress was very pleasant and patient with us explaining what was in the dishes, how they were cooked etc. We sat in a booth, nice and private so we could have a conversation. An appetizer was brought out for us to nibble on, flatbread, dip and carrot and celery sticks, while waiting for our food which came in a timely manner. We both chose avocado and prawns as a starter, followed by two different lamb dishes, both came piping hot and nicely presented. The portions are large! It was my wife's birthday and the staff placed a lit candle in her piece of cheesecake and sang Happy Birthday, what a lovely touch."

"We are fortunate to have a strong Nepalese community in our area, with some excellent Nepalese restaurants to choose from. This particular restaurant is like a cozy Nepalese cafe, with only a few tables but a bustling takeaway service. The food is outstanding, comparable to what I have enjoyed in Kathmandu and elsewhere in Nepal. Prices are very reasonable, and it is clear that many Nepalese patrons dine here. We were recommended this restaurant by a Nepalese friend, and we highly recommend it as well."

"I am writing to express my positive customer experience with The OLD Mill Kent As an international Google reviewer, I travel the world to document my experiences at various establishments I want to share my humble opinion about the excellent service provided by Glenn Wilders, GM, and Jordan Upon seeing the beautiful building along the roadside, I, a first-time visitor from Malaysia, stopped by with my daughter for some food and drinks. The garden was clean and well-maintained, and we were warmly greeted by Glenn Jordan. The drinks were tasty, and the chairs were comfortable, which was important for me due to my back issues. The atmosphere and decor exuded a sense of community spirit, making us want to stay longer. The bar was clean, and the toilets were smelling fresh. As a reviewer, it's easy to write negative comments when things go wrong, so it gives me great pleasure to say that this wasn't the case.
