Food is good but they lied so many times had to wait 3 hours for delivery than had to go and get takeaway

I drive past two other Indian restaurants to get to Badsha. Most of the time their food is superb and staff are friendly and polite. We often get a take away and sometimes dine in. Best Indian in the area.

During my recent visit to Badsha, I was shocked by the treatment my wife and I received. The owner (not the staff) was extremely rude and arrogant, to the point where we have decided to never return or recommend this restaurant again.

From start to finish, we had a very enjoyable evening trying the Wednesday special offer £14.95 per person dining deal at this restaurant. We were served a generous amount of delicious food and the staff were friendly, making our evening with friends even more enjoyable. Many thanks to them for a wonderful experience.

After ordering a takeaway we waited an hour and fifteen minutes for the food to arrive. I called an hour after ordering for a refund as we had waited too long. The food arrived at our door which i refused as it was now too...late. After countless calls to the restaurant to arrange a refund, I spoke to the extremely rude ‘manager’ two days later who shouted at me down the phone telling me the food had arrived so it cannot be refunded. I am utterly disgusted by this place.

I was extremely disappointed by the customer service at Badsha tonight. In the past two years, we have had many positive experiences with them, but tonight was a different story. I placed an order online and waited a whopping 2 hours and 30 minutes for my food to arrive. No one contacted me to inform me of any issues, so I called twice to check on the status. The first time, after 1 hour and 30 minutes, I was told it was on its way. The second time, after 2 hours, I received the same answer. However, the manager, Shohan, was rude and blamed the delay on a driver problem. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on this poor service. There was no apology, no offer of a discount, nothing.
