"En este lugar, intenté solo una sopa que no estaba hecha desde cero, pero aparentemente hecha de mezcla de verduras congeladas con un condimento de sopa añadido. "I am not sure how I missed this very centrally located Italian "osteria" on my previous trips to this world capital for Adidas and Puma. My friend who works for one of the two companies decided we should try something other than our usual pan Asian choices, and I was very pleasantly surprised by what I found here. The owner Patrizio is effusive in his welcome and on checking on you during the meal, without being intrusive at all. The spaghetti carbonara was really outstanding, creamy but not cloyingly so. And the grilled scampi were cooked in their shell, just like they do in a good Italian coastal town restaurant. Fresh, wonderfully seasoned, and accompanied by eggplant fritters and roast potatoes, and a nicely sized side salad. If you are looking to take a break from the local fare, you cant go wrong by trying Fratelli! Grazie mille, sgr. Giuliano!"
