Enjoyed lunch with my daughters. Everything was very prepared and the staff was so polite and professional. Definitely would go often if we were local.

What a good address! Everything is a pleasure from the entrance to the dessert! I've rarely eaten too. The service is hot while being discreet, the frame is elegant and elegant, and the dishes... SUCCULENTS! Bravo to the leader and his team! PS: Don't miss the Bouillabaieta, it would be a shame especially if you like fish!

The experience was ruined for me after I found a large bone in a dumpling. I showed the server simply so they would know there was a problem with the batch and the server tried to condescendingly explain to me that the obvious bone the size of my thumbnail on my plate was just a piece of cartilage. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This was our second time at Baeita.. The first was many years ago when it has recently opened. It was enjoyable then, but now it has evolved in many positive ways: very creative cuisine, beautiful presentation, notable taste, attentive and friendly service, just the optimal amount of food. And a simple, comfortable decor that lets the food and service shine. Can’t wait to return.

The service was awkward and does not merit a Michelin standard. The staff doesn’t seem to be confident in their service and is slow to respond. The food lacked creativity. Repeats in the courses, which was disappointing. For €100 for a four course meal, there should have been more diversity in taste. Fish course, however was spectacular. But service à tart like dessert on this tasting menu, is not acceptable. Disappointed. Overpriced and underperformed.

an excellent menu in a young, loose restaurant where a dedicated cook is very concentrated on the pass and the last handles are performed. the ‘cospheric’ with a liquid egg yolk spread over sweet and fish, and the Baieta variant of a bougais; the delicious fish soup is poured into the dishes that are served with perfect garden fish pieces, pulp and vegetables on the table; and then this roulette...! I recommend this ambitious restaurant in the heart of Paris with good value for money.
