Stopped here for dinner after landing at the airport. Got to say the food was excellent. You must try the fish and chips. It was exceptional.

Cheerful and helpful staff and very generous portions of good food. Kids ' menu available. More of a dinner than a lunch, as hte 'light bites ' were a little limited.

Ballyrobin is a lovely relaxing home from home hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We have spent different weekends here and it's so tranquill and relaxing. Ting and her team are simply the best.

Classy place mediocre food. Food quality more suited to a “fast food restaurant” Chicken dishes all goujons in disguise in our experience. Chips tired dry. Gammon dry so tough I could not cut it. My expectations were higher for this lovely venue.

Quite cold in the restaurant. Unfortunately the fire wasnt lit which previously was a big attraction in this country house restaurant. Not much of an atmosphere. Staff very pleasant. Food was ok. Disappointing that there wasnt a set price for the xmas menu unless for groups of over 10 people. Ver carta

Terrible food and awful service.Food was cold and undercooked, stale leftovers for an Asian slaw. The service was awful, we had to call waitresses to take drinks orders/tea,coffee orders and there was mistakes made with both food and drinks orders. I will not be back to this restaurant anytime soon.

We decided to try the Christmas Lunch Express menu and were pleasantly surprised. For £10.95, we received a hearty mug of vegetable soup with a side baguette (not sourdough as advertised), a plate of fries, turkey, ham, stuffing, gravy, and tea or coffee. The portion size was generous and the soup was packed with vegetables. The main course was satisfying, with ample fries, large pieces of turkey and ham, and tasty cocktail sausages. We ended our meal with a nice pot of tea. The service was quick, efficient, and friendly, though the restaurant was a bit cold. Lighting the fire may have helped with the temperature. Overall, it was great value for money and we plan on returning for an evening...

We called for dinner on Sunday 9/7/23 for at 7pm and had pre booked for our party of four. Having dined here a number of years ago I had recommended the restaurant to our group and unfortunately lived to regret it. This was not simply an underwhelming experience it was a poor one. The restaurant was untidy, dirty and smelt like a greasy spoon. . We were seated in a large room adjacent to a large sun room. There was absolutely nothing appealing about the room and we were tortured with flies and bluebottles and when we drew this to the attention of the staff their suggestion was that they would close the conservatory windows.
