"This restaurant has now changed its name to Blue Bamboo. We had a great dinner here, the food was amazing as usual much nicer than your average Chinese restaurant! Try the dim sum basket and the sweet and sour King Prawns FANTASTIC! Note also, you get 25% off dinner (excluding Dim Sum), which is a nice bonus, although I don't know why they don't just make the menu 25% cheaper. I would not recommend desert here as it is overpriced around £8.50. Overall a great place!!"

There is nothing particularly bad about bamboo basket, but the food is lacking in taste and customers should expect to pay around £20 per person.

The food was delicious, however, the restaurant was empty on a Sunday with only two tables occupied. It is important to note that they close at 3pm.

Front of the house needs to be nicer it feels like they are not keen to get customers through the door!. Also the portion sizes are variable from one time to the following!

The Bamboo Basket in Westminster served us a delicious lunch. However, it was disappointing to see the restaurant empty at 2:00 p.m. on a weekday afternoon, which impacted the overall atmosphere.

The Bamboo Basket provided excellent food but at a cost and with very pedestrian service. This was a shame the dishes (for a group of 10) came separately and over a quarter of an hour period for each course. When it came the food was excellent but was more expensive than we were expecting which was embarrassing as I was not paying.
