"I had wanted to try this restaurant a few years ago. The Food Standards Agency (FSA) rating of 3 was a bit of a concern as it was not bad, but it was not good either. We decided to try it. Three of us went during lunch on a Saturday when it was not very busy. My wife wanted a table, but the female waitress said it was reserved (there was no reserve sign). She took us to a table that was really for one person (there were 3 of us) which was not socially distanced to customer. What was odd was the fact that there were two people in a much bigger table and the restaurant was mostly empty. In fact, by the time we left, there was no one sitting at any table. Only when I asked my wife if she wanted to leave, did the waitress give us a more appropriately sized table. I did feel that the main waitress did not want us in the restaurant at all. She was not friendly. Had I noticed a service charge on the bill, in hindsight I would have demanded that she had removed it. Even when I said goodbye , staff ignored us completely. I could understand why the FSA gave a food rating of 3 given the state of the men 's toilet. They really need to clean the toilets. As for the food, the BB burger was tasty and I ordered another. The chips were of a good standard. The wings tasted very good, but the portion was far too small. The food is not bad, but the staff (especially the main female waitress) need to be far more welcoming. On this basis, I will not return especially as there are so many competing restaurants in the area. What a shame! I had high hopes for this restaurant many years ago, but was let down by the service. If the restaurant does not want customers during a certain time of day then there is an easy solution close for a few hours."

I’m a delivery driver and it always takes time for the orders to be ready. They say 5 mins and it’s actually 20 or half an hour. Also the food seems overpriced and many of the reviews seem fake too. I honestly wouldn’t recommend

What a great little place. Lovely menu and amazing quality for the price. The staff were so welcoming and service sharp and friendly. We had a beef and chicken style burger and they were so fresh and tasty. Not having alcohol was not a problem and to be fair a refreshing change. Will definitely visit again.

Such a great, delicious, and tasty choices the restaurant presented. That’s my first experince with them, and I’ve had really good, 5-star service. I suggest this restaurant to anyone who’s looking for halal and tasty burgers in London. I’ve ordered Big Cheese and the American, and they both were really good. Definitely deserve to be visited again and again. Enjoy your meals everyone!

You often have to search far and wide to get a decent vegetarian burger but this was undoubtedly the best I have ever eaten. Meat is murder was so tasty, cooked beautifully and all at a decent price. Lovely service from the young lady in the Southgate branch. The young man gave us our menus was equally polite and welcoming. Definitely will revisit. Customer service here made a welcome change from most really nice experience.

We were really looking forward to visiting as we had been previously and loved this place . However, on this occasion we were shocked by the disinterested and rude nature of the waitress who made it very clear she didn’t want us there, despite the restaurant being empty at the time. Unsure what her motivations were. We will not be returning and I’d highly recommend that the main waitress in particular atleast receive some training on how to interact with other people.

The Brown Butter Smash Burger was bangin! Couldn't fault it really. Juicy patties, nicely toasted sesame bun and incredible flavours from the sauce, meat and caramelised onions. A real top tier burger! The chicken strips and sweet potato were superb as well. Great crispy crumb coating with juicy well seasoned chicken. Fries well cooked so had a slight black edge which is how they should be I believe! Bit disappointed with the automatically added service charge, considering the service was average. Most importantly the food was excellent so I'd recommend a visit for sure.
