I had a nice chat with the owner who secretly told me that all her dishes with crispy chicken are vegan! sad that they have not announced so far. I asked several times to make sure that it is because the bowl seemed more attraktiw for me than the banh mis (I am not a fan of squishy brot, but that is personal preference). I enjoyed my bowl and happy, it was obvious that the huhn vegan haha was, although I haven't had a han for over 15 years "

Do not eat as well as in the restaurant. in the bowl vegan only superficial sauce and a few tofu pieces, otherwise only nudge without great taste.

my favorite versions: 1. banh mi rich kid vegan with truffle mayo, black kartoffel chips and gold topping 2. banh mi hipster vegetarian, with sweet kartoffel 3. that's not good. vegan the authentic taste

They offer classic Vietnamese banh mi but with a German twist (ie not authentic). They also offer several fastfood favourites and booze, but not many vegan options. The vegan banh mi is quite nice with seasoned tofu, herbs, mayo bit a bit too expensive imho.
