"a kitchen open to the room that allows to see live every mummos carefully worked by the small hands of the cooks. kitchen: full of small 3-euro soups all delicious, and especially the famous tsamtang (at barley) that is worth the detour! For mummos, there is little choice (3 different stuffs; vegetables, pork, beef) for less than five varieties but all are very tasteful! It is a plus for vegetarians who can taste most of the dishes offered. Tse mummos (gumes and cheese)! are mellow and melting, the incredibly greedy shapaley (roasted momos) and the then thuk (soupe of mummos dough squares) with a good taste of vegetables and a so soft and comforting broth. Finally, the tsampa! a splendid dessert based on toasted barley flour, which visually seemed stirring. (small rocks with mayonnaise?) but who, at the tasting, are an incredible surprise! service:the first and third time we went there, the waitress, who does not speak very well French, was very pleasant, nice, smiling, patient and polite. The second time we went there, there was a very comfortable young girl with French, charming but rather cold and not welcoming. Careful, on Saturday nights especially, it is difficult to have a place especially for more than 2 people. The chief kindly came to tell us that at least 45 minutes to 8:30 would have to wait. small flat, we went there several times in the end of 2016 and since 2017 there has been a sudden price increase (2 euros) for many dishes (the shapaleys from 9.5 to 11.5 for example)."
